It’s not “my” problem. Jetpack is refusing to hookup my Wordpress.org website so that it’s completely functional. Which is interfering with my business. It’s the problem of everyone who uses Jetpack plugin with Wordpress.org. And Jetpack keeps claiming it’s all hooked up, when it clearly isn’t, as it takes backups but won’t do restores. It just doesn’t work. They keep saying their system shows it all as working. They pulled that bit on me some five years ago when I tried hooking up Jetpack with my business site. They keep refusing to listen to me, or to do the job in a proper manner. Repeatedly. They know about the problem their clients, not just me, are having with Jetpack not being properly and completely hooked up to Wordpress websites. It appears to be a problem with Wordpress.org sites, but Jetpack is the plug-in where their company is fouling up making the connections. They made it too difficult, impossible in fact, and are refusing to help me and others hook up Jetpack fully as it is supposed to be hooked up. I believe, as I originally complained to them about this over five years ago, they are deliberately luring clients into buying their services and then, instead of working for them, they are only selling or trying to sell us even more such “services.” Such as a screenshots program, after I sent them an adequate screenshot. They are either inept, lazy on the whole, or fraudulent. I believe they are all three, and I work very hard. They don’t, and they’re into excusing their behavior by blaming their clients for it.

The system Jetpack Workflow does not work as intended. Their system allows for multiple timers to be run at the same time by the same staff person. This information is not told to buyers at the time of purchase. This system is supposed to help offices keep track of time spent on each client and by each staff member. This is a huge fault of the system because it fails to do what it says it will do. Instead, staff can use multiple timers at the same time and this results in contractors overbilling for their work, clients having elevated and unreal times spent on each project, etc. In other words, this system actually fails to do the main thing it says it can do. Since Oct 2019 I've paid staff based on what the timesheet reporting system says (out of this program Jetpack Workflow). However - I see that I've had losses in paying staff based on this incorrect results this platform yields. When I asked to change my agreement to month to month it was no problem. I did so today 3/29. I told them that the last month I'd use is in May. But they are saying that they won't refund me for the unused months because it's on their terms and conditions. When I asked for the agreement that I signed indicating such terms and conditions, he couldn't produce one. Instead, he pointed to a link on their website. https://jetpackworkflow.com/terms/ I told him that it wasn't fair to just post something on their website and then say that all users agree to their changing and obscure terms and conditions. I also told him this was not provided at the time of sale. I think we've already had enough losses relying on this poorly made platform and are asking that our remaining balance (for unused months) be refunded. Instead of apologizing for their faulty platform, they are digging their heels in the way they want to charge customers hiding behind their terms and conditions. I think that's not a transparent way to do business. Spoke to Pierre from Jetpack today 3/29.
