We contacted this business to repair our dryer in October of 2021. A repairman was sent to our home to check out our dryer. This man said we needed a new circuit board, and they would have to order this part. We agreed and paid him $75 for his visit. We waited weeks for the part and when it arrived, the same repairman came to our home. He said he replaced the circuit board and told us that the dryer was repaired. We paid him $167 that day. Later that evening, we attempted to use our dryer and it did not work. It acted exactly the same way as it had (no heat). We contacted the business the following day and explained that the dryer was still not working. They said they would have to order another, smaller part. We again waited weeks and the repairman came and replaced some small part. Again, after he left, the dryer was still not working. We contacted them again and told them. They sent another repairman to our home (weeks later) and he said we needed a new circuit board. He explained that our dryer was probably still under warranty as it was fairly new. He said he would check on that and call us in an hour. He never called us. We tried calling many times and often times, they would allow it to ring once, and then hang up. We then called from another phone number, and they answered. I told them to call my husband and that our dryer needed fixed ASAP, as we had already waited for months. My husband has a text messages from the repairman that was scheduled to come to our home (multiple times) and confirmation texts of his arrival, but he never showed up. We called the business, and we were told multiple times that there was a death in the family that afternoon. Finally, after 4 months, my husband (a general contractor) was able to follow you tube instructions as to how to fix our dryer. He fixed it and it did NOT need a new circuit board, as they had said. My husband ordered the part that we DID need, and fixed it himself.
