I brought my phone in to have a cracked screen replaced. At the time I brought it in, the only issue was the crack. All other phone features worked perfectly. When I got my phone back, facial recognition and reverse camera no longer worked. I didn't realize this issue until I got home since you manually enter your passcode after a restart, and I didn't try a "selfie" in the store. When I brought my phone back in to have this fixed, I was told that they would repair it for me at a 25% discount, and that the cost would be $250. I paid $125 for the screen repair. My phone was "fixed" and returned to me with damage that was not visible to me at the time, and now they want to charge me $250 to repair the phone that they broke.Business response

Hi,We have contacted the customer via email and voice mail, asking them to come back so we can take care of the problem.We are waiting for the customer to schedule an appointment.
