I sent them a vintage watch to be valued and possibly sold. The watch was in good working condition when I sent it to them. I also sent along a spare bracelet for added value in the event they were able to sell the timepiece. They declined to sell the watch so I organized the return of the watch along with the spare bracelet. I paid $50 for return shipping. The watch was returned broken and nonfunctioning and the spare bracelet was missing. I notified them multiple times about the problems and they refused to resolve the problems.Business response

Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention. We take customer satisfaction seriously and are committed to addressing any concerns they may have. In response to the complaint filed by ***************************, please find our account of the events and our proposed resolution.
****************** contacted our business with the intention of selling a vintage Rolex Daytona watch with a ********************* dial and an additional bracelet. Upon receiving the watch, our in-house watchmakers and vintage Rolex experts conducted a thorough examination and determined that the watch was, in fact, a counterfeit Rolex. As we cannot engage in transactions involving counterfeit items, we informed ****************** that we were not interested in purchasing the watch.
We agreed to return the watch to ******************, but requested a $50 payment for the shipping label, as we did not wish to bear the cost of returning a counterfeit item. ****************** paid the shipping fee, and we promptly sent the watch back to him.
********************** complaint claims that the watch was returned in a nonfunctioning state, but it is essential to note that the watch was a counterfeit Rolex, which will not function like a genuine timepiece. We did not perform any repairs or alterations on the watch, and it was returned in the same condition we received it.
Regarding the missing bracelet, we acknowledge that we couldn't locate ********************** non-authentic Rolex bracelet. However, we understand the inconvenience this may have caused and, as a gesture of goodwill, we propose to provide him with an authentic Rolex bracelet that is similar in style.
