      We are still waiting on a significant amount of frames from our initial order. I have spoken with someone over the past couple of weeks, and we have been told that it "will be here by the end of the week" at the time of each call.At the time of purchase, mid March, 2023, I was told that there were normal delays, as there was an influx of orders at that time. This has been a month and therefore, we no longer wish to do business with this company.I spoke to a representative on Friday, May 5, 2023 and was told that I cannot cancel, as the order will arrive on Thursday, 5/10/2023. They did not provide a tracking number.

      I first ordered eyewear frames from this company in June 2021. I chose the frames I wanted at a conference where they had their product displayed. The first order came, I was charged before they arrived, but no problem with this first order. Without my approval, they kept shipping eyewear and charging my credit card. My staff receives the order and assumes I placed the order because that is how every other eyewear business works. No one sends and charges for eyewear that wasn't chosen by the customer. I don't always intercept the orders but the staff questioned the second order that came this way and asked me about the order, to which my reply was, I did not order these but looks like I was charged. We contacted the company and decided to keep a few pieces then we shipped back the rest of the order and they said they would credit our account. They kept shipping and charging our account for unapproved inventory, we told them to stop and that we wanted a refund, which I use the term refund loosely because they should not have charged us for items we never bought or wanted in the first place. They owe us $2,062.63 for eyewear they charged for but we didn't order and sent back to the company. We have reached out several times via phone calls and emails and they have been saying since August they will get us our money back. Oct 20th they sent an email stating the check would go out Oct. 26th. I called Nov 10th again to say we haven't received the check yet and their response again was it's in the mail you should get it this week. In the attached files, you will see the invoices - we have written on the invoices the inventory amount we kept and highlighted what they owe us. You will see on the last page, charge $149.10 - with this last invoice, they finally stopped charging us and this amount was going to use up some of our credit. If you add the highlighted amounts on all invoices and subtract this $149.10 to use some of that credit, the total comes to $2,062.63

      Please be aware that R&R Eyewear and Every Eye and have resolved the issues regarding our business relationship. A refund check mailed back to this customer on 12/06/2021 never was received by them. We reissued a refund check to them (invoice number (841460)) we have included the tracking number on this refund check. As a matter of fact this customer placed a new order today. The matter is resolved and this customer will be placing future orders. Sincerely, R&R EYEWEAR IMPORTS, INC.
