Contract signed in sept 2021 for roof, siding, windows, basement windows, sliding glass door to replace bay window and 2 screen doors, front porch addition. Roof has a leak, windows are the wrong color, have nails exposed and have horrible cauking, crooked with flimsy screens from a different company than on contract. Siding is shotty with bad cuts nail holes and 5 large holes in board behind siding which when discovered were patched in ply wood and duct tape. Sofits were put on before electricity could be wired for lighting, which cost more money for electrician to access. Porch roof was done but concrete is not done leaving a huge hole in our front entry way and is a mess. Basement casement window were too large for opening so they cut into steel frame and block foundation causing cracks around windows in block, window poor quality have no screens and fell off in hand when opened. All windows are poor quality and poorly installed. No framing around 2 of the windows. Stain on window frames not finished was told to put a few more coats on myself. Stain on bedroom ceiling cause by a leak was not repaired, was told to scrape it and get kills paint to fix it myself. Not sure if the leak is resolved because it hasn't rained much. Contractor gave up several items of Contract, sliding glass door, foundation on front porch, 2 screen doors not done. Leaving us to find another contractor after waiting almost 1 year for job to be completed. During the year, the roof was done a month after contract was signed, then we barely heard anything from them until April when they began work on windows and siding and porch roof. Which was pushed off canceled and rescheduled multiple times. We are looking for inspection of their work and have had contractors tell us it is hard to pour concrete after roof is already on costing more money for the job. We will seek concessions for cheap materials and shotty work with long delays as well as assistance with any work they did that..Business response

In response to the email from August 4, 2022, the windows are not the wrong color. The windows are white on the inside & black on the outside & were purchased from *** ****** Building Products which we have the receipt for.
The 5 holes in the fiber board behind the siding were patched & taped & we will continue trying to work with her to resolve this matter to her satisfaction.
The wiring for out front was done prior to our getting there & so was the wiring out back. Our subcontractor removed the soffit panels to connect the lights. We are not licensed electricians and this was not part of our contract.
The hole from removing the concrete for the front porch was discussed with the customer & we were advised that she did not require us to fill it with stone as was offered. “It’s no big deal” was her response at the time.
The basement windows were not wrong. It did not fall out. The customer opened the window incorrectly causing it to come out but we went back immediately following notification of the issue and reinstalled the window.
To my knowledge, no one ever told the customer to fix the ceiling themselves.
As for the items removed from the contract, there was a face to face meeting and a resulting agreement with the customer to remove particular items from the contract.
As for the delay in windows, it was a supply issue from the manufacturer & then the supply house closed permanently that they were ordered from.
We are continuing to work with the customer to resolve issues. We have been accessible at all hours of the day & night because they have my personal phone number and and we have been on site repeatedly to meet, review & agree upon future pans.
If you need to talk to me, please call our office at (610) 844-8404 Thank you.
