We purchased a ****************12 inch pl king mattress for a 1,000 dollars on September 30th from John. Took the mattress home and followed his directions. The mattress came in a box and would inflate over a day. The mattress was supposed to inflate to 12 inches but it only went up to 9inches and has been deflating more over time. John has blocked my husband and told him to call the company instead of helping us resolve this issue. We would appreciate any help in resolving the issue. We only want what we were told we were purchasing. Thank you for your timeBusiness response

Simply stated - the ******** are not telling you the facts.
Yes they purchased a mattress from me and yes they claim to have an issue with it. As you will clearly see fro the enclosed messages back and forth - they just don't wish to follow the very easy manufacturer process for addressing any warranty claims.
A simple email to ****** would have gotten them help.
As with ALL manufacturers, there are clear policies and procedures in place.
The ******** just seemed more interested in a battle than in solving the concern.
The warranty information that came with their mattress clearly indicates to send and email directly to ******. Could not be any easier. My instructions to them repeated how to address their issue. Instead they wasted time messaging me and send you a letter of complaint that is not completely forthcoming with the facts.
