Review by a former employee: Very safety related company, they talk the talk and for the most part, they walk it except for some minor issues. Hourly employees are the BEST! They want to do the right things and try their hardest to do what’s asked of them. Site management, for the most part, treats people with respect and wants to do the right thing for the company. Senior leadership is a joke! The people calling the shots for the company only care about themselves and not the overall good of the business. They preach “family” and “safety” but will cut your throat to make themselves look good and they ultimately don’t care about you or your family. They preach “retention” while they don’t give you a chance to defend yourself during their “investigation” and use your opinion of a situation against you, which is very unfair. They recruited me from a very good job, I trusted their safety culture and the people I worked for them they fired me for, in my opinion, a situation I did not create. They immediately terminated my health insurance leaving me and my family without immediate health care, that’s not something “family” would do. They will tell you one thing then turn around and do something completely different than their word, they have idiots in very high positions that don’t know anything about the business but they “check a box”…I would not refer my worst enemy to this company!

Horrible to deal with regarding claims for damaged vehicles within their road construction zones. Contacted and submitted all documentation regarding damage that occured in November of 2021. Seems that all people involved from the road foreman to the office worker who submitted the claim to their insurance have left the company. Everytime I try to get info it's someone new. Finally got a claim number from them and Insurance company name handling it which is Liberty Mutual and they are even worse. They don't return calls or emails, waited to speak to any adjuster and the one I just spoke with was extremely rude, actully ignorant when I questioned things telling me that their not obligated to answer any questions since the matter is still being reveiwed. She didn't appreciate being put on the spot. I honestly think I would punch this woman in the face, she was a real CUNT.
