I purchased a vehicle from Audi Wynnwood May of 2022 and should have seen the signs to not have continued with the purchase. A year later I traded in the vehicle for another model at a different dealsership and was informed that I would be able to get a refund of my extended warranty. I contacted the finance manager ***** ***** and sent the information requested to get the refund of which he sat in for weeks. I called Audi directly and was able to send the information directly to them. I tried to follow up with ***** who seems to never be at work, the employees seem to know that this a shady dealership and give you a run around. They have someones home number listed on their website. I called a gentleman a few times who stated he wished Audi Wnnewood would remove his number. I reached out to ***** again via voice and email and have not hear back and the dealership is holding my refund that has been processed by Audi in May. I want my refund.Initial Complaint

On Apr. 26, my daughter contacted Lou L********* about an advertised 2011 ***** ********. That evening, she and I went to test drive, and asked MANY questions, specific to the car, the 'Check Engine Light'; the instrument cluster lighting; the auto-start; the power windows; etc. We were shown and provided an outstanding value *** ***, and told the ONLY thing that showed for the 'Check Engine Light' was the catalytic converter. With our trust in their "full disclosure" as they kept stating, we purchased the vehicle that evening for a slightly adjusted price ($4,956). With their estimated cost for US having to replace the catalytic converter and the cost of the car, we were told more than once we're getting a great deal. Also told that we had 60 days to get all this done, tagged, titled, etc. Encouraged to "delay" getting this done for a month or so.However, on the hour drive home, ******** found that the car began to drive 'rough'. The very next day, she took it to ******** to actually get the Codes read for the Check Engine light. -- MANY Codes came up -- Not JUST one that we were told about, more than once. Code ***** - Fuel Level Sensor (needs fuel pump assembly); Code **** & ***** Front AND Center Catalytic Converters need to be replaced; Code *****, *****, *****, ***** - Misfire Codes (tune up and spark plugs).Please note, We have in an email from Lou -- Unlike most dealers we keep all of our trade in vehicles from our New Audi sales, and then offer them to the public at or near dealer wholesale auction prices. We run all of our trade in cars through the shop and perform a Basic Safety Check Only.******** immediately got the soonest available appointment for a State Vehicle Inspection with ****** ********** who informed us, confirming that not only were these "Check Engine" codes wrong with the vehicle, there were also MANY inspection items FAILED. Odometer and Shift Indicator needs to be visible in the daylight and more.Initial Complaint

Purchased a vehicle 2/21/22 as a NY resident in PA. I contacted Audi Wynnewood 4/12/22 as I have not received my tags or title for the vehicle and the temp tag expires 4/21/22. I was told the paperwork was not submitted due to the insurance card stating replacement vehicle. I did not receive and E mail or a call to rectify the situation. I received e mails from sales and service- which proves they have the correct E mail/phone number. The company could have easily contacted the insurance company for an updated card. I immediately E mailed a new ins ID card to them. I have been calling them frequently since and also calling the NYS DMV. The DMV still has no record of the vehicle. The temp tags ran out yesterday so I am unable to drive the vehicle due to it not being registered.
