I've been with insect IQ since they started. They have always been professional, and show up when they are supposed to. If I have a special problem, a quick phone call and solved within 24hrs.

I had a terrible experience with Rentokil. After paying$257 for an initial treatment to get rid of wasps. They were back swarming my patio and ***** area two days later. I have called requesting a second complimentary spray as promised, but no one had called me back to confirm an appointment. I was so frustrated that I called and canceled the $59 service follow up and I was told the service would be canceled and my credit card removed from the account. Needless to say Im still waiting on a rep to call and schedule a second spray at no charge as promised. I received a bill today for $63 (which included tax) even though I canceled the service in a timely manner. Rentokil is terrible and provides horrible customer service. Dont use them.

Weve worked with them ever since they purchased our previous pest control company. This is a corporate entity through and through. So much so, that their employees feel that they can create fraudulent reports, and just not show up for the service. And when we contact the company to dispute the service, with video evidence as proof that the service was never done, the company still hits us with the invoice and fraudulent report. And when we call back to dispute again, were left on hold for an hour because they just want us to hang up. This is what corporate bureaucracy buys you. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! RUN FOR THE ********

Do not use Western Exterminator! I employed this service several years ago after moving into the home to find extensive rodent damage in the crawlspace. Several times over the past couple of years, I had to withhold payment until someone would inspect the crawlspace. I finally cancelled the service a month ago only to find out that a new inspector not only found droppings right at the crawlspace door, but extensive damage yet again that has to have been happening for several years. Who knew I needed to go do their job for them and should have gone under the house myself (a 65 year old woman). In good faith, I paid my bills hoping to have the service I paid for. Was I wrong. Funny how when I cancelled, I got several phone calls but when I called to lodge a complaint and hope perhaps for some refunds of money spent, I haven't heard a "squeak" (pun intended). Do your homework especially if you are a senior citizen who hopes to get good service. Next stop--Consumer Protection Agency.

Thanks, as I dropped Active Pest Control service which is now Rentokil their prices have increased since they took over. I don't even see them listed as a top pest control organization period; they changed their website account access, which doesn't work half the time. I did change to another company. Thanks for the memories.

zero hard a** zero and they suck!!!!!!!!!!! came on Segway I was a. easy sell. I hate bugs , new to neighborhood and i signed up , nobody showed up and I feel my personal info has been hacked. I had to cancel all my cards due to charges that thank goodness my bank looks out for. huge NO!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but I had to, to make this review. It's a TERRIBLE COMPANY to deal with. I gave them my credit card info the very first time I spoke with them about starting service, to pay for the initial visit and any follow-up required for cockroach infestation. They never took the payment from my card, which I didn't find out until about 6 months later when they started calling and threatening that they were going to turn me over to collections. I requested the initial invoice and any past-due invoices. They were rude, interrupted, LIED and said they had sent me invoices for the initial service and past-due notices, but I never received anything in the mail, nor by email. I just received summaries of the running total by email after I requested the actual invoices and past-due invoices. Each person was rude on the phone. Rentokil seems like the collection part of the company, not the actual company I dealt with. The company I was hiring to do my pest control gets mixed reviews. Fxxxxx was the tech who came out each time. He was great. The "manager" was not accessible, even though he gave me his "personal" phone number. I was told by him in the very beginning that he would credit me $50 because of some initial problems I had with them, but he never credited me the $50. I got an initial $50 credit just for signing up. This was the company in *********, **.

MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE ***** OF **. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! SINCE THEY TOOK OVER FL PEST CONTROL IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. LACK OF COMMUNICATION, FOLLOW THROUGH, WRONG TECHS OR NO TECHS AT ALL SHOWING UP FOR QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE. WE WERE CUSTOMER FOR NEARLY 4 YEARS AND THEY COMPLETELY SCREWED US IN MID SEASON. WASTED 6 MONTHS OF TIME SPEAKING WITH COUNTLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE ***** ************ TECHS, AND EVEN OUR ORIGINAL SALES ********** WHO ALL DID ZERO! CONTINUED TO RECEIVE NEW CONTRACTS TO SIGN WITH INCREASED PRICES, SIGNED, RETURNED, AND STILL NO TECH SHOWED UP. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. FOUND OUT THEY ARE NO LONGER EVEN IN ***. FINALLY HAD ENOUGH AND WROTE THEM LETTER TO CANCEL ALL CONTRACTS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
