I have uploaded documents outlining what we paid for our service from the business showing the dates of the transaction. I am a teacher and the problem began the morning before school. I was using our air-frier and blender at the same time and the power shut off for those outlets. I was unable to fix the problem at the box and the fridge was also connected to the same power source and our groceries that we purchased the night before were at risk of going bad. I went to work and my wife who works from home called the first place that appeared on ****** which were The Wire Doctors. They arrived in short noticed and charged us over $100 to show up and over $600 to troubleshoot. I was contacted at work from the man who did the work and he stated that there were a lot of electrical issues in the house and to fix them it would be $10,000. Over the phone that was the extent of the information that was told to me and thinking it would be a massive project I agreed. My wife signed the form and the work was done. Later upon inspection when I got home, I saw that the work was installing one new outlets, a new electrical box, labeling the box, and replacing two outlets. I have spoken to multiple electricians after the fact that have expressed deep concern over the price. The multiple professionals who have viewed the bill said that it is incredibly vague with no detail justifying specific prices. I have called and expressed my concern with I assume the manger of the company, and said how I believe we were taken advantage of in this situation where we were given no time to do research comparable prices, comparable prices from multiple business show a price differential of $5,000-$6,000 for the same work to be done, large assessment fee feeling as though we were committed to them and trusting they would give us a fair price . He offered $500-$1,000 refund over the phone. We are willing to take legal action but would first like your guidance moving forward.

Absolutely horrifying experience. I live in NY and bought a house in PA. It needed some wiring done, so I called Scott. He went to look at the house and quoted me a price of over 6 THOUSAND dollars to do the job. I thought it was extremely expensive. His wife, who answers the phone wanted a credit card on file, so that when I decided to do the job, they could charge me. I called him back and said, that I thought 6 THOUSAND dollars to replace a wire was way too much money. He immediately lowered the price to around 5,550.00 and his wife called back, wanting to know when they could start. Unbeknownst to me, they charged my checking account 90.00 for a "service fee". I called my bank and backed out the charge. Apparently, this angered Scott and he decided to go to my home, break the front window and kick in my front door. He was stupid enough to do this with the company van. It's on video!!! Why did he do this? Because I had my bank reverse the 90.00 fee. By the way, SAME job, it will be fixed/repaired/done for 600 HUNDRED dollars, not 6 THOUSAND dollars. A total rip off. I bought this house and am renovating it before I move in. I'm older and live alone...what if I were there? What was he planning? This guy is dangerous and now that I've let you know my story, I can breathe easier, knowing that I at least tried to warn others of what happened to me.

We provided her with an estimate for the work that she requested and that was it. We did not lower our price and we did not adjust our price. There is a $89 service fee to come to the home, (not $90). When we arrived to the property the customer was not there. After reaching her on the phone she explained to us that the door was open and that we could go in and look at the work needed. Scott, and his 14 year old son who was apprenticing during the summer entered the home while on the phone with the client. The client walked them through the areas of the home where the main service is located and that was the extent of our visit. While Scott was there, he had spoken to three of the neighbors that can verify the actions outside of the home. She did not have the repairs completed for $600 as there is well over that and just in material costs. As for breaking into her home and vandalizing it, he has made slanderous accusations on social media and now to you. She has claimed that the police are involved but yet we have heard nothing.  If this continues, she will be contacted by our attorney.
