    My corporate credit card was charged two charges in succession on Friday, July 11, 2025 - one for $77.00 and another for $179.00. I have not ever used this vendor, have not used this card for anything related to logo design (I am in manufacturing and assembly), and did not initiate these charges in any way. I do not have a way to connect with this vendor as the website they have listed through the credit card company is defunct. I have sought to dispute the charges with the credit card company, but I am pursuing this here as an alternative way to be reimbursed these fraudulent charges.

    Continously emailing me trying to claim someone else wants my logo and they're filing for trademark. And that I won't be able to use the logo. This is clearly a hustle/borderline scam. They've also used a fake law firm email address to say all the same things. To be clear I did consult my own business attorney who assured me this is a hustle, and my logo isn't in any danger.

However, it is entirely optional, and clients who choose not to proceed can simply notify us, and we immediately respect their preference.
    In this case, we have updated our records to reflect that the client is not interested in obtaining ownership rights, and no further communication regarding this matter will be sent.
    We would also like to clarify that we have no association whatsoever with the email the client received from "***** *******, ******************************* does not offer trademark registration services, nor do we charge any fees related to trademarks. We do not send, endorse, or authorize any communications of this nature.
    We recommend that the client disregard such communications and consult their legal counsel if they have concerns. Any further action regarding that email should be directed to the original sender.
    We hope this clarifies the situation, and we remain committed to ensuring a transparent and respectful experience for all our clients.
