Spring of 2023 we needed a new liner for our in-ground pool. We had *** come and give us an estimate including a new bottom and new steps along with fixing our bottom drain. We decided to replace the bottom with new fill as we had stones coming up through our old liner. The old liner was pulled out and a new bottom put in along with a wooden frame for the new steps. It took several weeks from that time to do the liner as *** told us the wrong liner was originally received. In the meantime, it rained for several days. When the liner arrived, it was installed but instead of fixing the bottom drain like we had asked, he plugged it and then capped it, charging us for the caps to make it look like we had a bottom drain...just not a working one like we requested. Because of the time from when the bottom was replaced until the liner was installed, the bottom had stones come up thru and the fill that was placed in the steps sank. *** put the liner in over the stones and over the steps without fixing anything. I complained several times about fixing the steps telling them someone might get hurt on the steps and showed them pictures. I was told the steps would be repaired when they came to cover my pool for the winter. Pool was covered, steps NOT fixed. He also uncovered my pool this past spring and again did not repair my steps. It's only a matter of time until a have a hole in my liner. I am very disappointed with their installation and customer service. I have asked many times for them to make things right and they refuse. So frustrating to pay someone who claims they've done this for years and they do such a horrible job and don't stand behind their work. I wouldn't give them any stars if i was able to. Good luck to anyone else that uses them.

Do not use this contractor. We are currently 73 days and counting since our pool was started. There are numerous issues. Pavers were installed incorrectly, and a slide was installed on top of loose pavers. The skimmer is inoperable, and Tom set the Jahndy value to main drain and left. The slide itself is leaking and when the slide is running there is a big pool of water running from underneath the slide. We cannot backflush or backwash the pool because the plumbing was done incorrectly and the water floods directly behind the pool deck and runs into the pool. When Tom is approached about issues, he threatens to quit the project. We are 73 days into the project, and we do not have the diving board, pavers are loose, and the concrete decks look horrible. Zero rating but I was not allowed to give a zero rating

We were told to put ladder in pool. We did. It floated, was told to fill legs with water. We never had a pool and told Tom this several times. I fell off of the ladder then talked to other installer to find out we had to screw stabilizers to ladder to pool, well that makes a difference. He did not clean up all of his mess stating he could maybe come back in two weeks but he had people to get in pools and besides he does not do landscaping. We paid someone to come and finish up his mess. We have clay and shale in our yard and we told Tom, we wanted to make sure he could dig an area big enough for the pool. Other installer told us to put some small stone around the bottom of pool to hold sand in, stone is now on a tarp till we can shovel it around pool. Other installer says he puts a whole circle of block to keep sand from leaking out Tom puts one block under columns only, some columns are not flush with blocks. He also left the valve open on the pump while pool was filling, don't know much water we lost.
