PLEASE help with vendor and no follow through on their end... 1. I had recently contacted **, the owner, of The Festive Board through this website. 2. Hired The Festive Board (for a friend's surprise Bridal Shower) for 9/24/23. 3. Venue Paid in Full within 24 hrs of phone call on 3/31. Total = $1900 via Debit Card / CC card 4. Unfortunately , I had to cancel on 4/7 ALL vendors due to sudden wedding cancelation . 5. Requested refund in timely fashion . FYI: I did NOT sign any non-refundable contract whatsoever. My husband became terminal and i again requested a refund within the following week. 6. Was told only partial refund would be issued aprox $900. Again, did NOT SIGN a non-refundable contract. I've had NO responses after MULTIPLE phone calls, written requests via email and text messages. PLEASE can you step in on my behalf after 5 unanswered attempts myself to contact business owner. Most appreciated and humbly yours, ***** * ****** ** ********* **** Mt. Top, PA ********** ***********@*****.com P.S. Paid $1900 on 3/31. Canceled on 4/7. Venue schedule was 9/24. There was NEVER a "nonrefundable" contract signed. Requesting prompt refund as promised but not received. We received a letter regarding the complaint filed by ***** ******. This was already refunded to her credit card that she paid for the order with.Initial Complaint

My wedding was cancelled. They never gave us a contract. ** has blocked my number and refuses to communicate about the refund I am owed. DO NOT BOOK THESE PEOPLE!!!Business response

this situation has turned into pure harassment . From social media to **** and the DAs office. All of which have agreed that ***************** was aware from the contract given to her that there are no refunds.We have text messages and emails to prove that she was in agreement with the contract until her daughter called off the wedding. We held the date and gave up other opportunities for that date. We have time and labor already invested in this event.We were not legally obligated to , but always offer a credit for the full amount of contract that can be used at a later date.Customer response
