    I entered into an agreement with the Aspen Dental West York branch to do dental work. The total cost would be Around $4000 with my ********** insurance covering around $1500 they said my responsibility would be around $2500. Then they set me up with Dental First Financing with 18 months to pay no interest. I am retired and on a fixed income and could handle my responsibility. The things Aspen said my insurance would pay is not going to happen. So far they have billed my account to the *** credit line of $3000. Also, there is about $1000 of unfinished work that they refuse to do if I don't give them the full amount before finishing. I have excellent credit and they want to destroy it. I feel like I have been deceived and treated like trash. They deliberately lied to me. Deceived me into signing an agreement and now issuing ultimatums to pay.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I had my tops done on 3/1. They were supposed to do my bottoms at that time, but due to my increased heart rate, the dentist wouldn’t do them. Ok fine I respect that. I was not sedated, but given medicine for anxiety an hour before my procedure. I was scheduled to have my bottoms done 3/24. When I had my tops done I had to call the dentist office and remind them to call in my prescription for 3/1. I had to do the same thing for my bottoms. Due to my work schedule and being busy all of that week, I couldn’t get around to calling until 3/23 the day before my appointment. I had to call them 3 times, and 2 of the 3 times they said that they weren’t able to send it yet due to having an emergency at the office. I get it things happen. The last time I called (a half hour before closing time) they said the dentist already left and they couldn’t send it out till the morning, they day of my appointment. I ended up canceling my appointment, due to not wanting the added stress of running around to my pharmacy and then running to the to the office. When the office manager called me back today, she was still trying to get me to come in today, which I refused because I had already made arrangements with my transportation. Why should I, as a client, spending $5K+ call about my own prescriptions? April 20th was to be my extraction day for my remaining 11 teeth. After over 2 hours only 8 teeth could be removed, and he had to quit due to my heart rate again. We scheduled for the remaining 3 teeth to be done on April 29th. Receive a text message from the assistant office manager, 2 hours before my scheduled time stating their systems are down and we need to reschedule. I feel like it is always something at this office.
