On January 30, 2023, I went to the location at **** ********** in **** **. I ordered package 100 and a two piece living set. I paid ******** with my debit card. On Tuesday January 31, 2023, I received a call from the store telling me that my order was cancelled because their insurance company could not insure my order. They stated I needed to come back to the store and pay with a different card, even though my card was successful charged on Monday. Around 11:30 am I got a call from the store again asking me for my *** number, shortly there after I get a alert from my bank stating price busters tried to charge my card for ******** and the transactions was declined because I turned my card off. I called them and they denied it so I called my bank. My bank said they did try to charge my card but they also were trying to send a refund but my bank denied the refund because if was for $0.00. I called them several times on Tuesday. The girl told me I need to apologize to her and thats when I exploded on her. They told me they tried to refund my money and I press no, which makes no sense because I wasnt involved in the refund process. The last time I called them they said I have to wait for there insurance company fidelity to call me for my refund even though they charged my card not fidelity. Then she hung up on me. On today the purchase posted to my account but no refund. I called my bank and they informed me there was no refund for that purchase. I called the store again today which is Feb 1, 2023 and once again they said they refunded my money. I asked them for the refund authorization code and I was put on hold. She never came back to the phone so o called back and was told the person who handles that wont be in until Monday Feb 6. I told them Im not waiting until Monday. The girl called back again and said call tomorrow after 1 pm. I told her I would be coming back to the store. They sent me a refund receipt without the refund authorization code.Initial Complaint

I just received my order which was supposed to be delivered on 5/5/22, today, 5 days late. I was supposed to receive a call on 5/5 an hour before my sons bed set was delivered, I never received a call or a delivery and didn’t hear anything back until I called the york price busters store to complain. They delivered today, 5/9/22. Honestly I thought the worst of it was done with and at least I can set up my sons bed in the house we just moved into. I was wrong. When the bed set came, the dresser drawer tracks were broken off and the drawers couldn’t even close, with no way to tell since everything was wrapped in cardboard and plastic when it came and the delivery guys left right after they brought it to his room. Frustrated yet again, I fixed it. So overall at this point my view of price busters is not good. Well it got worse, when I unwrapped the bed frame it was ruined, someone literally took off the decorative wood from the headboard, even though it was glued, screws were dug in to the wood sideways and with the holes stripped out, and because all these finished parts to the headboard were disassembled and tore up the whole headboard is falling apart. I paid over $634 for a piece of junk. This is unusable and unfixable and this has literally been the worst furniture buying experience I ever had! I was even going to order a king bedroom set for my room but there’s no way I’m trusting price busters with an even bigger purchase.Initial Complaint

On 3/2/22 I made a purchase at price busters furniture store (**** location) a full size bedroom set on the agreement it does say no refunds and to inspect all items when arrive. I inspected the items I signed the agreement stating I received them not knowing the size of the draws were incorrect never knew the draws came in a size once the bedroom set was put together we then find out the draws doesnt fit in the bed they were way to big to fit in the holes. I contacted the company (manager) the next day face to face to let them know they apologized and stated the draws was for a queen size bedroom set the warehouse sent out the wrong size they were going to contact them and then contact me. They never contact me I had to keep going there every other day for two weeks straight they told me they ordered them I contact the manager by phone text message she stated she was trying to get in contact with somebody they werent answering til this day no-one contacted me to tell me pick up the draws that they said they ordered. I told the manager they can come pick up the incomplete bedroom set she said I had to contact customers service. I tried emailing customer service its a ***** account that no-one ever respond to. I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute they then answered because it had something to do with a refund told the company that they have a no refund policy and that I inspected that all items that arrived but didnt tell them that they were the incorrect pieces. The credit card company reverse the fee because they provided a copy stating I signed for it. I will also be sending over my documentation to the credit card company and would like for you to look into this matter people that Ive talked to say they are always getting customers for there money this was after I made my purchase. The transaction date was 3/2/22 at **** location the amount was for $1226.54 I paid for a complete full size bedroom set delivered with all pieces matching and fitInitial Complaint

I ordered a sofa set, it was delivered 2/24, the deliveryman left quickly and I didn't have a chance to check the furniture, as soon as I did I discovered 2 holes in the Loveseat. I immediately called the number, they gave me another number, then I was giving an Email address, someone emailed me back and said ut was the wrong email, i was giving another email address and sent another email to that email address several times, and was asked to send a picture of the damaged Loveseat and a copy of my invoice which I did. I have sent countless emails and made numerous calls, and I am still getting the run around and no one has reached out to me to resolve the issue. I want the damaged Loveseat to be picked up and a new one delivered. Thank you
