I got my lawn mowed twice which I paid for then they cancelled my services now I just got a bill out of my mailbox charging $320.00 for services never done ... I think they should be audited if they are doing it to me they're probably doing it to others I also have the email where he canceled my services. I sent a photograph of the bill to you with a note at the bottom that if you want me to send you the email later I can do that I think these people have been very rude to me but mostly I want this resolved because I do not want this going into a collection agency and I do not want another bill with them charging me 10% more I think they should be auditedBusiness response

Thank you for reaching out to us about this occurrence. The partially paid invoice got sent out by mistake because we forgot to delete your account when we decided to part ways with you. I thought I black listed you in our system which would now send another email out after I told you I was canceling your service by email. You then called into our office using racial slurs and calling our office manager a bitch complaining that we can't cancel you as a customer and she had to ask you to not call back again. We apologize for this inconvenience and will put you on our black list and permanently delete your file Immediately.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: Although they did acknowledge sending me a bogus bill and they called it a mistake... .I do not think it was a mistake , I think they were trying to scam me out of more money and their acknowledgment and apology was laced with lies because I never talk to them on the phone and I never made any racial slurs.... although in this complaint I called them scum it had nothing to do with race it had to do with their behavior as a business and a company...m I think they were trying to scam me out of money and I think they should be audited because I think they do this to other people...
