              On and around August 11 and 12, 2021, Sherman Property Management partnered with ****************************** (Hanover, PA) to replace a furnace and plumbing lines that run from the bathroom, through the living room, and down through the basement. In doing so, they had to cut a hole in the living room ceiling roughly 3' by 5'. After replacing plumbing, they left this hole in the ceiling; it later allowed fresh debris to fall into the living room. At time of the work being done, they advised me to place another service call to arrange the work to be completed. I called Sherman approximately 3-5 times to date in accordance with this advice. The hole in the ceiling remains. Maintenance workers have not been back to the residence, as once promised, since this time to repair the hole, and clean up the basement where sewage once spilled out from old plumbing.

              Horrible management group. After my private landlord sold the units they took over. I had 3 repairs needing done one of which is my wood balcony falling apart. I stopped in to pay rent and put the work request in the beginning of May. Had someone come to the house 2 wks later and only looked at my problems to “write a report” then never heard back. Now june 1st back to the office now a piece of my balcony has fallen off. I again ask about repairs n simply requested a call for an update status. Never got one. So today end of June I go outside and another piece of wood has come off. I call the office on hold for 10 mins to be told we will start repairs soon. But still no date. They were quick to take over n raise my rent yet could care less that I’m in need of repairs!!!!
