We signed contract in April 2021. We financed windows, doors, siding (forced to them damaging my siding and couldn't repair) We gave them 8 attempts to come and fix but more damage occurs to my house and there own products. They were forcing me to sign letter of completion knowing job was not done by far just so they can get paid as they offered a promise letter. then extending my loan without my consent nor did or does the bank keep me in the loop. They cut my electrical line, siding, damaged my new tiles and broke there windows and doors and did not properly install there sliding door here and used sheet rock screws for my windows and neglected to insulate the new windows properly as there other employee has pointed all that out to my attention. my windows don't lock and are not sealing properly. i do not feel comfortable or save around this company to finish any work here. every time they come out they cause me more issues. I'm traumatized with this company as there track record with me is nowhere near the greatest. management doesn't trust there employees because they keep sending new people to look at damage as every seems to be questioning each others work. than the VP contacts me and sends his best friend to check the damages as it was reported back to them with more issues than i noticed causing more of delay and issues. Now the owner gets involved and wants to see it which makes it the 6th person to look and come with same issues. This company doesn't trust there own management and/or employees which makes me uneasy and no longer trust this company. I'm being told to lie on bank papers so they can get money. They haven' gotten paid yet and we have this many issues, can u imagine after they get paid how screwed i am with any success in great service. i want nothing to do with this company as i have proof in emails, and voicemails backing up the complaints and shadiness they wanted me to do with the bank.
