Zebuli P***** owner at the time of incident wa s contracted to do our parsonage roof at EUCC in Warren,PA Given an estimate of $15000.00. He requested a $7500.00 up front payment written to Hans H*******. The check was written to Him. and the work never got completed. He did nothing not even the supplies which he was contacted numerous time by myself to see when he would start the job. Calls, certified mail letter was not answered. Several phones numbers were blocked and there has been no contacted with him. Our church later found out that the Hans H******* was a elderly friend of Petrof's with dementia and has since died. The company was turned over to his father Joseph P***** in August or September of this year .We are a small church and this has been a financial hardship since we had to find another company to do the work and we had both leaking of the pasonage and our church roofs. I would like you to see if you do anything to help recover any money or let others know that this is not a good busness to deal with. Thank youInitial Complaint

Very untimely. Took months to do a week job. Hard to get a hold of. I watched him ignorantly take advantage of my neighbor and dump trash in their drive way after they kindly let him park his trailer on their property for over a month for free of charge. Then threatened and accused them. This company is awful.Initial Complaint

Fall of 2020 I had Zebco Roofing install gutter guards on my entire house and garage. The crew was very quick and was done in 1/2 day. During the Winter of 2020 the gutters caused build up due to the fact that a large amount of buildup leaves,sticks were sticking to the top of guard. I reattached most of the gutter that were detached from the Garage and house and called Zebco to come and look at the problem, After several tries the man that installed them came up and looked at the problem and said my gutters were not installed properly.These have been on my home for 20 years.I asked him to come up with a solution and I wanted to work with him to repair. After 6 more repeated calls I removed all the guards so as not to damage the gutters this winter and since I did not receive any more correspondence from the owner took all the covers and gave them back to his father Joe on 7/23/2021 and he said they were to busy on Big jobs to help me but said they would be in touch. Now I am without the gutter guards and without my thousand dollars .I think this is very poor way to run a business.Business response

The gutter guards were installed correctly, we explained to him we can't control debris from near by trees that were getting in his gutters, the only solution is to clean the gutters yearly and to clean the roof of branches after storms, we never said we were to busy with bigger jobs, and was at his property 3 timesCustomer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
After calling contractor and visiting contractor and being promised action for 1 year and nothing has been done . Ther was never any mention of cleaning gutter guards once a year , why would i pay the money for guards and end up removing them once a year,I gave all the guards back to the Contractor because they were not any value , and have received any money back
