  I had a very bad experience with Baierl in Zelienople PA. I recently bought a ram 2500 from this dealership and not even an hour after I had the truck it broke. The tie rod underneath of the front side completely fell off and quite honestly I do not think there was even a bolt holding it together in the first place. They stated that they had the entire front end of the truck off the week before I had bought it and they replaced the ball joints. The mechanic clearly did not do his job to fix the vehicle. I was driving down the highway after taking it off the lot and if this incident was to happen on the highway my mom, my boyfriend and I would have all been killed. The truck should never have been allowed to be taken off the lot. To make matters worse they even had an inspection sticker on the truck, which they clearly did not inspect before I had taken it off the lot. I went back into the dealership because the contract they gave me said I had the right to cancel the sale due to legal cause and this is a legal cause. However, when I went back into the dealership they told me that it is impossible to cancel the sale because it was all done electronically and in the dealership. But the financial salesman stated that his iPad was not working to sign things electronically and we had to sign things on paper. I have a lot more that goes to the story and would like to be contacted about the rest. I had a lot more to include but had to delete a lot because of how limited the characters are.

  We agreed to fix the suspension parts and the body parts for the customer and agreed with her to take it to her technician to verify fix and give a free rental while it was being repaired..  The customer agreed to this and repairs have been completed.

  Purchase a 2011 truck 27,000 cash in October still no title getting run around no answer when I call

  When this customer came to buy his truck, he could only provide an Arizona identification. This is normal. We sent the paperwork to his address in Arizona. Customer reached out to say he could not go to Arizona anymore. We asked if he could contact a neighbor out there to send the package back. He could not. Our title clerk simply needs that paperwork back in order to process. This is a very unique situation in an environment of state paperwork already delayed. We've assured the customer we are not giving him the run around. We will continue to monitor and execute his title work as soon as possible.
