Disappointed with how Ive been treated as a customer that has spent more than 40k with this dealership. No one calls back when I leave voicemails. I was tricked into paying 185 bucks for them to review why my windshield wiper wasnt working after I was told they would call me to tell me what any cost would be before they fixed it without mentioning their fee to look. Their response was we normally charge 250. Is that suppose to make me feel good about it? No. It took 6 months to get the spare key I was promised at check out because they wouldnt order it without my information that I already provided. Miss communication, poor execution and a genuine lack of customer service.Review from Calvin T

Absolutely Avalon this place bought a car from here in November of 2022 and they passed the inspection on it well come 2023 they said they cant pass it due to ****************** I put ***** miles on the vehicle and theyre telling me all this stuff is wrong! After claiming they fixed $1000 worth of stuff It was in the shop 3 days after I got it and spent $1000 now those parts are about a year old and theyre saying that theyre messed up and stuff I wouldnt believe a word they say or do business with them!Review from Matt S

Avoid at all costs! Took it in to get inspected two months ago. They said it would take $5000 of work to pass inspection. I instead took it to my usual mechanic and they said the dealership was lying about half of it and it only cost me $2000 to get fixed for inspection. Now today I go in to get an oil change because I stupidly paid for the oil change plan and they're trying to tell me that I need new brakes even though I know for a fact that they aren't even close to worn out. Also the oil change took two hours. That's just crazy. This is the type of scam dealer you hear about in the news. Don't trust them with anything.Update--They're now blowing up my phone with calls and texts trying to get me to come back in and hoping I'll take this review down. Completely unprofessional.If your "best effort" to help a customer involves repeated attempts to charge thousands for unnecessary work and hoping that they will just agree and pay up, your dealership has a serious problem. Once again, avoid at all costs (or the cost will be great).
