I'm thankful my dog only spent a couple days at this place. My dog had a hard time walking, peed for a minute straight when he got out of this place, could ****** walk let alone run a straight line to catch a ball when he got home, drank at the bare minimum a gallon and a half of water, his eyes were glassy like he was drugged, he wreaked of urine and when I bathed him that night the water that ran off of him was yellow. She even told me he pooped everyday in his kennel. I was horrified. The owner was rude and treated me like I was stupid. Don't believe a word ******* says. NEVER AGAIN

Salutations BBB,Thank you for being fair, and allowing me a response to this complaint by **********************This saddens me about what ************************** printed and said. Her beautiful Golden was here for just two days. Miss ******'s dog ****** had no problems with intake of water or food. We have three gallon buckets for dogs . Since I live right next to the kennel water buckets especially in the Summer months are checked constantly.When she picked up her dog there was zero problem with this dog walking out. My husband and staff were all here. Furthermore, if the health issues mentioned : glassy eye loss of balance ect.. Why would you not take it to a Veterinarian immediately? Second confusing statement was why did you not cancel the next reservation you had made for your dog?Miss ****** had another reservation here. I called that day to verify she was bringing her dog **************** She did not answer and did not show up for her reservation.She received a cancellation fee . A kennel is like a hotel you have a room for your dog, if you do not appear you are charge a cancellation fee. I feel this is what started the issue..As far as her dog smelling like urine the dog went outside for all bowel functions. We offer baths and all types of grooming. I would not have allowed a dog smelling or having that odor in my kennel.I take extreme pride in my kennel and have many customers that have been coming for over 15 years.I find it ironic that in a period of two days you can trash me and my kennel. I am a UKC judge, and have champion rough Collie show dogs, plus I also have a Veterinarian Technician . I certainly would have noticed any type of distress or health issues shown from a canine.In surmise after being in **************** for over 20 years this is the first time ever sent to the BBB.office.I also find it amazing someone who talked to me maybe for all ****************************************************** I guess I could say that about Miss ****** too... but that would not be fair because i do not know her. Sincerely, *************************** I have no problems from anybody coming and viewing this kennel which has received two Golden awards for Best Kennel and Grooming.
