      I went to Mueblerias Berrios ********** 6/13/2024 and purchased a Stove, Refrigerator, A/C, washer and dryer. The items arrived at my house 6/15/2024. Everything worked fine except the dryer, the dryer turns on but does not heat. I had a Gas technician come and hook up the connections to verify everything was ok with the connections and he confirmed. I called Berrios 6/20/2024 to let them know the dryer was not functioning, they scheduled a technician to come and look at it and the technician confirmed the dryer is broken. Specifically, the ignitor came damaged. Furthermore, the technician let me know that he will order the broken part and it will take up to 2 weeks for him to receive it and then they will call to schedule the visit to repair my new dryer when they have time. I have called on multiple occasions the store in ******** and spoke to manager ("*******") where i made the purchase and they keep saying it is not their responsibility it is the responsibility of the service department, and they will be contacting me. I have called the service department multiple times, and they say they will be calling me back and don't. I have offered to rent a truck to be able to go exchange it and they say they do not do exchanges. Although the return policy states that if an item is damaged and the consumer lets them know within the 1st 7 days, they do the exchange. I have attached the receipts and the technician document stating what is damaged on it. If you need anything else please let me know. Thank you

      I am not liable for this debt for EMPRESAS BERRIOS **** I do not have a contract with this collection company. The did not provided me with original contract as requested.There are inconsistent information for the debt collector on all my credit reports. In multiple reports states that this account has been charge off; in others states inconsistent dates of last payment.

      On July 27 2023. I bought an orthopedic mattress at Berrios in *******************. I am 80 years old with several health conditions. I PAYED $1,258.20 I realized that the mattress was not what I purchased. I complaint about it. Store representative advised me, I had to file the complaint 3 months after purchase. I couldnt beleive it. The mattress is weak and I feel I have been tricked cause I'm a senior citizen. I truly need a firm mattress. I suffer from body pain and severe COPD. Please help me resolved this issue. I beleive mattress may be old or refurbished I do not know how to document or upload information.

      Purchase a washer dryer Combo February 13th 2022 $215.00 Called for service between February 28 and March 5th, 2022. The business committed to bring me a working washer dryer. The appliance is dangerous . 1st it was not programmed. The dryer stops after a few minutes due to overheat. It rips the fabric. One of the cycles does not work, per the service agent. Washer snaps shot on your fingers, among other flaws. My dispute is about deceiving sales tactics and abusive customer service. The sales agent deliberately excluded information regarding the many flaws of the appliance later revealed to me by the service agent. The customer care agent threatened with damaging my credit. I have spoken to Mueblerias Berrios and Whirlpool numerous times. Mueblerias berrios refuses to take back the appliance unless I pay an extra 20% of the total purchase. Whirlpool simply does not take returns.
