Premier coaching is a 6 month coaching program, we gave ************** an additional 6 months free for a total of 12 months subscription. We do not offer lifetime subscriptions/access. We provided his program Terms of Service link immediately upon his subscription in the Welcome Email containing his username and password. He clicked on the *** to activate his program subscription. 15 days prior to the exipration date, he was sent a system notification that his account would expire. He had full and unlimited access to all coaching content for the full 12 month term. Here is a link to the ***:
https://timandjulieharris.com/terms.html************** elected to finance his program subscription with a third party lender. Their loan account terms and conditions may differ from his program subscription term. Including the minimum monthly payment and payment terms. There is no penalty to pay in full early and he received a promotion of ************************************* full within that time. He is subject to these terms per his loan agreement with the lender to satisfy his loan account, he should reach out to them directy at ************.
We cannot guarantee usage or participation and we did provide his full term program subscription.

I bought the coaching program and was told I wouldnt have a contact and that I can cancel at any time. When I tried to cancel by calling the the third party company they setup the loan with, I was told they would send a request to *** and Julie and if they approve the cancellation, I would pay a $500 penalty to cancel the contract. Its been over a month *** and Julie still havent approved the cancellation.I am not asking for a refund, I am simply asking that I stop paying for a program that doesnt work for me since I was told I can cancel at any time.Thank youInitial Complaint

I was contacted by a representative for Tim & Julie Harris Real Estate Coaching service on 1/09/2022 who set me up for a conference call for 1/10/2022 with a coach. I told the coach on 1/10/2022 that I did not have money to sign up for the program. She continued to push and wanted me signed up. She told me that I did not have to pay anything that day to sign up. So, I signed up for the coaching. I was told that I was receive weekly coaching sessions and have access to information that would have me build my real estate business. I waited for the coach sessions I was told I would have. I never received. I never utilized the services, as I was waiting on the coaching I never received. I called to cancelled the service on January 21, 2022 at 11:52am. I spoke to a representative named ******. I told her that I wanted to cancel the services. ****** tells me that I have to pay $648.30 for a service I never used. A total scam. I explained that I never used the services and that the program failed to provide the promised coaching. The representative would not start cancellation on my account unless I paid $227.30 right then. I kept telling her I did not have any money to pay her. I really did not have any money. Which I should not have to pay for a service I did not use to begin with. **************************** Harris Coaching is a total Hoax and scam. Now, the service is still trying to collect money from my credit card when I have cancelled the account. I keep getting emailed saying my account is past due.Initial Complaint

After watching the promotional video where *** ****** clearly stated he would personally let us cancel if we were not satisfied I signed up for their program. I was not satisfied and called them. I was told I would not be able to cancel. After a year I wasn't even given access to their website with all the tools they promoted on their video, yet I was expected to continue to pay for another year. I explained the problem to the creditor and was told there was nothing that could be done. I explained that I can't make the monthly payments and asked if they would negotiate a payoff price that I would borrow money to pay. Once again I was told no. 2/10/20 - $2,995.00 Creditor- Universal Account Servicing, LLC ("UAS") is the third-party billing service provider Current Balance- $1601.04Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/18) */ Mr. ****** subscribed to our Premier coaching program. His subscription term was for 6 months and we gave him an additional 6 months free. His subscription began on 2/10/2020 and was active for full and unlimited use for the full 12 months. When he decided he was not satisfied with his program, he was beyond the eligible cancellation policy which was included in his program Terms of Service. The TOS is clicked and accepted to activate his program subscription. We do abide by the TOS. Here is a link for reference: **************************************** Where he financed his program, he is subject to his signed loan agreement with UAS, the finance company. There are payment terms and promotional periods he was given. If he only pays the minimum monthly payment, his loan can balance extend beyond his coaching program subscription. However, he also received a promo of 180 days deferred interest which gave him an option to pay the account in full within 180 days and pay $0 interest. Apparently that did not happen. Any amounts owed or disputes with his loan account should be directed to UAS per his loan agreement with them. We do not control the financing, only the coaching program subscription. We are happy to advocate on his behalf where we can, according to the TOS.
