Made the mistake of purchasing a single resume from their website ResumeBuilder.com. I DID NOT agree to any subscriptions or trial period. I paid for a single resume. My bank just notified me that they tried to charge me for $23.95 for a subscription. I went to cancel my subscription, and, ***** WHAT, you can access your subscription information or payment information without having to contact them directly. Emailed them and they stated that they attempted to charge me for services I didn't agree to and got back an email stating that I didn't have a subscription with them. Which is interesting since my bank notified me that they tried to charge me. I emailed specifying that I wanted all of my financial information to be taken down and my subscription to be cancelled. They sent back the same exact email stating I didn't have a subscription. So, they have my credit card information saved somewhere, are attempting to charge me for a subscription I never agreed to, but are claiming that they aren't charging me for anything. I literally just activated my new credit card this morning and now I have to wait until Monday to talk to my bank and get a new one sent over because of this mess. Horrible business model that steals your financial information and refuses to give you access to remove it or cancel it without someone from their company to do it for you. I wish I could give 0 stars because this company doesn't even deserve one star.
