      My god, what a terrible, dishonest and utterly useless company Claro PR is. Not only do customer "service" agents cut you off mid chat they utterly ignored my questions and even after making mistakes on the account simply said; "You can go to a local kiosk and speak to someone there to correct any errors." These were mistakes an agent did while I was on a chat. We get harassed with calls with offers for additional service. Service we are not interested at all. We notified them of this to no avail the harassment continues. It's not just Claro PR but also Liberty. These companies have cart ******* to call customers at their residence at any time of day several times a day to make offers we have decidedly refused and have asked them to cease and desist from this harassment. It absolutely absurd that there is no recourse at the governmental level to protect customers from this type of abuse. There is no agency that I am aware of that speaks up for customers. Signed completely disgusted and appaled and sickened

      Claro service keeps breaking down to the point where I mostly do not have internet service. Extremely poor internet and even poorer customer service. I am waiting an hr and a half just to return a Claro Modem at the ************* store. Just ************* at this location. I just want to return the modem because I switched internet provider. Stay away from Claro or. I did not the option of leaving zero stars.

      Claro may have the latest state of the art equipment and tecnology but... Hope to God you never have a problem. They will not solve it. I have been with Claro many years and have even worked there. Every time you have some kind of problem it simply turns into a big fustration. I no longer have any cel phones with them. My most recent problem was that I had a land line and DSL internet conection. They never gave me the 30M I was paying for I would recieve 10MB and sometimes .5 MB or so. For years I was dealing with this problem. After a 2 year contract of frustration I decide to drop the internet with Claro but keep my Land line as I really need it due to power outages. Every single month I get charged for that DSL line that I droped and need to spend time on the phone getting them to correct my ****. As I said before Claro does not solve the problems. IF you can, STAY AWAY FROM CLARO!!!!!

      I close an account with liberty Cable because they make to many maintenance to the system and don't resolve the issue. Now I got Claro of Puerto Rico and the same thing is happening. The FCC must look into this issued with this companies..they are reaping money from there customer
