I regret to say that my experience with ****** of The Seas was far from satisfactory. Despite assurances over the phone regarding reimbursement for cancellations, the reality was starkly different. Upon discovering the room did not meet our expectations, we promptly sought to cancel our reservation, as per the agreement made with hotel staff over the phone. However, while one member of our group received a refund after canceling, our request for reimbursement was met with resistance and contradictory statements from management. Our friend received a refund and we were told we would get a refund as well if we wanted to cancel so we went ahead and cancelled and after we cancelled the staff changed the story and said that we needed to checkin first to then cancel for a refund. If we would have been told that we would have done that since we flew into ********* and could have easily gone to the hotel which we ended up doing anyways since we weren't getting any response over the phone. The hotel kept about $414.68 Despite numerous attempts to communicate our concerns, both via phone and email to upper management, we were met with silence until I continued to leave messages and emails for management and I was told there was nothing they could do. This lack of responsiveness speaks volumes about the professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction within the organization. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such disregard for customer care and accountability. I urge potential guests to reconsider patronizing ****** of the Seas, as there are undoubtedly numerous other accommodations in ****** that value and respect their customers far more than this establishment. In summary, my experience with ****** of the Seas was marred by unprofessionalism, poor communication, and a blatant lack of respect for customers.
