Se hizo una validacin en nuestro sistema y archivos y segn la informacin obtenida en el reclamo de BBB no hay evidencia que sustente el reclamo.
De cliente someter la informacin completa junto a las evidencias requeridas se estara realizando una nueva investigacin.

We are writing in response to the complaint received on December 29,2023 from **************,in relation to not being responsible for the debt with Americas Leading Finance.Upon careful review of the provided information, we would like to address the concerns raised by the complainant. The account in question, associated with the loan number **********, has indeed experienced a period of delinquency,with outstanding payments dating back to November 17, 2018, being with more than **** DPD.
However,it is crucial to note that our records indicate a valid contractual agreement between *********************** and Americas Leading Finance, LLC, which grants us the authority to manage and pursue collections. The terms and conditions of this agreement were entered into on July 17, 2018,and all parties involved were duly informed and provided with copies for their records.
We understand and respect the concerns of ****************, and we are committed to ensuring that this matter is resolved in a fair and ethical manner. We remain open to further communication and urge ****************, to reach out to us directly at ************ with our ********************* so that we can work towards a mutually agreeable resolution.
