              We closed on our condo July 11, 2023 and were told the remaining of the condo fees would be mailed to us in the amount of $1,029.55 from Image Property Management. I have reached out multiple times by email and voice mail. July 24, August 1, August 21, August 28, September 14, September 15, October 11, November 8 ( I was told the check was being mailed out.), December 7 emailed asking what address check was mailed to. Again no response. emailed again January 22,2024. Still no response. Every year we pay the condo fees in full for the year in January.
