Had gutters installed in May of this year. A week later it rained and there was water coming from under the gutters. The next day I went up on the ladder to look and see why. What I found was the Drip edge was tucked behind the gutter. I then called Mert, The owner of A1 gutter he said the drip edge was installed wrong. I said no you tucked it behind the gutter. His replay was YOU ARE A HANDY GUY FIX IT. I said no you installed them you have to fix it. 2 weeks later I call again he said waiting for it to rain. I reply you need to fix the drip edge that you tucked behind the gutters. He flipped out on the phone and said never call this F-*** number again.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. See the photos that I have attached. The gutter are not installed correctly the drip edge is behind the gutters and I'm looking for them to correct the issue. Water goes behind the gutters. come Winter. It will freeze and travel into the house.Business response

Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered.
I reject is respons on the matter. He asked me to take down the old gutters because he does not like to do it. Thats what he told me. I did as well as paint the ***** board. As for the drip edge I had to fix a 4 foot section on the back of house. It rained 3 times and never came over to see what was going on. I have a price from Gutter Masters of *********** to fix the problem. They have to unscrew the hole length of gutter to remove the drip edge from behind the gutter where they said it doesn't belong. Now I have to pay them $ 300. Hundred dollars. I want A1 seamless gutters to pay this bill and I will be satisfied.
