On 12/26/23, I went to Neon Marketplace for two (2) fountain sodas totaling $2.14. The transaction was completed using a Mastercard gift card (value of $100). After leaving the store, I ended up popping a tire and stopping at a local shop to pay for the tire, using the same gift card. However there was not enough money on the card.- I was under the impression I'd have $97.86 left. Due to the holiday I did not return to the gas station until 12/28 and spoke with their manager ****** and informed her of the above , she said give until the weekend and report back. On 1/2 I called and was informed she was fired. I was provided the CEOs contact information and since have been given the run around and pushed off week after week and only receiving updates when I reach out to him.Customer response
