A review of our records shows that *********************** originated a retail installment contract for the purchase of a motor vehicle on August 25,2016. During the process of purchasing the vehicle, all purchase and financing documents were reviewed with Mr. ******** in detail. Additionally, a copy of all relevant documents were provided to ****************** at that time. Our file also indicates we obtained a credit report and verified Mr. ******** identity via government issued identification.
In addition, our records do not show a request by ***************** for an additional copy of the retail installment contract. However, our records do show that ****************** filed two disputes with credit reporting agencies and CNAC responded to both disputes in a timely manner.

Cnac is not honoring their end of my loan agreement. Their representative is claiming I have not made a payment but I have bank statements showing I have paid every payment on time. ********************* is threatening to reposes my car. I have sent him all the back statements showing I've paid but he doesn't care and won't listen. And is now harassing, my fiance, my mother and myself. I have not been late or missed a payment in almost three and a half years. My loan is almost up and now they're saying that I miss the payment and I have all the bank statements that they've received the money.Business response

Paid off my car on 9/9 and it still has a lien on it from CNAC, they still have not sent my title to me after multiple calls and emails to the point they do not even respond anymore. The only title I received was **** who works there, took a picture of it with his phone and emailed it to me. Its been three months and the *** states there is still a lien on the car and I still have yet to receive the title. It was supposed to be sent back in September and I reached out again and they said they sent it in October and then on 11/12 and I still do not have it. I had to buy a new car and couldnt trade in my old one as we didnt have the title and there is still a lien on it. Legally they cannot hold a lien on a car they do not own but they are and are refusing to send me the title and release the lien. They sent me a typed up paper with the wrong name as well saying it was released but it never was. They have now cost me the trade in value of the car which I couldnt trade in without this information as well as hours of time trying to get a lien taken off and a title on a car they do not own. It has been three months.Business response
