They are horrible they lied and stole my car even after I paid them what I owed they kept harassing me and threaten to repold my car again even though I still have time to pay and I'm almost done paying for my car I only owe like about two every single chance they get without the proper paperwork notification they're horrible I would never rent from them again and I would never ever advise anybody going to them again

Honestly very aggressive mentality, I wish I would have went somewhere else for my car. I fully intend on continuing to make payments on this vehicle. But never again will I ever get a car through this specific location for sure. Im not about mentioning names but I will say the way I am treated as a CUSTOMER is unbelievable.I am know as what they rudely called me on the phone one day as a high risk loan, this was the first and last time I called them... WOW, just WOW and at the time when I was called that I was calling 3 days a head of time to tell them I was going to be 4 days late paying because my card was stolen at a gas station and maxed out and I was waiting for the bank to put the money back on. 4 days I was treated like I was a low life Ive never been spoken to this way. Unbelievable. Then I was on vacation on a cruise and I was literally one day late was about to pay when I woke up instead I have them calling me at 8am and now not even leaving me a message. Then they called me again at 12pm and didnt leave a message.. then!! They called me at 5pm from a different number!! These representatives at this location in Cranston need some classes on customer relations they are out of control honestly. Never again ???? Ill be sure to tell people to steer clear of this location for sure..

This Company is full of scams. They repo my car in the middle of the night. Damaged my asphalt dragging the car onto the tow truck. The car could not start. They could not put in neutral because the battery was dead. Left pieces of the bottom of the car on the ground. And wanted me to make full payment after the damage. Now they sold the car and wont provide any information about the sale. Never do business with Jd by rider or venture capital.

Me and my wife have being dealing with CNAC and *********************** for the last couple of years when we first got our vehicle from *********************** the car was immediately the next day brought back to the lot and held for days for maintenance they gave us a loaner vehicle which was against their policy but we asked them hey so that we won't be bumping into any issues like this in the future how about we just go ahead and look at another vehicle we were denied and had to keep the vehicle we had we had the vehicle 3 years it never passed inspection **** byriders mechanic crew never fix the vehicle to where I could pass inspection and the car would break down periodically and we bought it back for maintenance again they had the vehicle for two weeks they did not give us a loner and we were forced me and my wife to stay in a hotel close to our job so that we could still work we have the car till this day the car has not been running for the last year and 5 months and they took a payment at a most crucial moment when they had no approval to take any money from our bank accounts they took the money putting our account in the negative when we were saving that money to finish paying off our rent these guys are terrible and the sad part is *********************** and CNA see being a part of the same building in the same structure they would tell you that they have nothing to do with each other so it's always you against two other parties and neither one of them help to make the situation Fair (at the least)
