We dont have the actual date of purchase. We do think the transaction was around October 2021. Our sola panels were installed around January or February 2022.Our concern is not about our panels our problem is related to the second inverter Our inverter stopped working in August 2023 and has not been working since. Endmen (Owner) continues to ignores our phone calls. This has been 9 month since we are trying to get the new inverter installed by him We greatly appreciate your support *****************************Business response

Hello,
This system was installed and fully operational in 1/4/2021. Unfortunately the inverter is no longer operational and needs to be replaced. His system may have been down since August however, the warranty claim was not submitted until February. The warranty was honored by SolarEdge ( inverter manufacturer ) and the new inverter was shipped a few weeks ago. In addition to the manufacturer warranty Resne, *** also adds a ******************************************************************************* the case a component should stop working. ********************* was told that I have the inverter in my possession a few weeks ago. I also told her at that time that I have a turnover in personal and that it may take a few weeks to replace the inverter and that I would reach out to them when we are back up and running. Regardless of how many voice messages they leave it was going to take a few weeks to find a qualified electrician that can service our clients. We have a new electrician starting next week, I will reach out to them to schedule a time to replace the inverter.
Lastly. I understand they Mr. and ******************** are frustrated however, they are directing their frustration at the wrong company. I do not manufacture the equipment, I install it. In this case I will be installing the inverter for the third time. Guilty of stating the obvious I am equally as frustrated with the manufacturer. In fact, I am considering dropping the inverter manufacturer altogether.
