I placed an order on March 11, 2023 for a braided (******** ********, Cranberry) carpet runner. The charge for $`117.00 went through my Master Card on March 11, 2023. I received an email from the company thanking me for my order and that they received my order. It is April 21, 2023 and I still have not received my merchandise. I tried calling their number at ************** numerous times, but it is usually busy or it just keeps ringing until it goes dead. I've also tried to email them at ******************* but the email does not go through. Is there anyway I can contact them to see if my order will be shipped? I'm also, wondering if this business is legitimate or a front for extorting money from unsuspecting consumers. I'd like to get my merchandise or my money back. If this business is fraudulent it should be shut down.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
