      Just as a some background Last year I bought a screen from this place and after 2 months a black dot appeared at the bottom of the screen. There was nothing wrong with the screen no cracks nothing and when I took it back 4 months later(they have a 6month apparent warranty and it broke after 2 months I didnt have a way there) they claimed I damaged it and they would not replace it (like where was the damage) 5 months later the screen went totally black. I needed to get another screen fixed and it I didnt have any options as I was struggling to find a ride to Warwick so I had to come here again. This time my screen will just stop working at times 1/2 of it will just stop then it will just freeze. changed my screen 10 days ago this has been happening since day 1.I didnt have a way to go back to the store until yesterday. I went in to the shop and the worker agreed with me that they had given me a faulty screen and that they installed it incorrectly the first time they said that regardless of that they could not replace it. The screen has 2 extremely small cracks on it that occurred in the first day of me getting the phone (from incorrect installation). I just think that its sleazy that I got this phone screen fixed by you 2 times. Both times it has stopped working in weird ways that are not natural. Not only that but now the scream is not secure. Its disheartening and a dishonest practice that they refuse to fix my screen which you replaced less than a 2 weeks ago even. I would like a refund or a new screen. Its crazy that they want me to pay for their mistake

      Complaint number ******** I just want to say that he said he replaced screen ******** 2 times first time he replaced it and there was a black spot appeared on the screen after 4 months. So we we I do want to explain that. So basically after phone repair, we do give away a 6 month of warranty written in a paper to a customer explain what would be covered. So if a screen is defect for any reason by not swiping well not typing good A little glitching, lagging will be covered under warranty and we are very specific and put that on the paper if there is any lines showing up on the screen or any dots or black spots that means the *** is damaged. This is not something that is covered under warranty.

      I had my I phone 11 pro max ****** a s back replaced but them for $265 a day or two pass an I notice the ****** has these flashing white lights popping up I go into the store to have them replace it and they give me a problem I have paper work that has the insurance on the new ****** I give my phone to the tech working there after they finally agreed to fix and hand me phone back with a crack on it that wan not there before saying now they cant fix it , I didnt have this crack on the ****** before handing it over they took my phone behind the counter and was out of site an the. Return broken they are unwilling to fix this problem I had this ****** for less then a week please help me

      Customer has fixed his iPhone 11 ************* screen with us. Weeks after he came in to complain the screen has white dots on it and wanted to get a replacement. We do give our customers 6 month warranty to cover any defective issues on the screen and clearly indicated that we dont cover any physical damage. When the customer came in the first time, he didnt provide either any paper work that we gave to him or the receipt to proof that the service was done with us. When my employee told me that, I was still willing to help him if the screen is really defective even without any paper work and receipt.
      When my employee took his phone and ready to replace a new one just found a small crack at the corner of the screen.
      As warranty coverage we cant cover it since the screen is cracked. Any damage on the screen will void warranty. He was not happy that we cant cover it and from the beginning he said when he came in there was no crack, but our employee have not even started to work on it yet. And later on when I spoke to him on the phone he changed his word and saying that the screen didnt even last him a week and cracked. So I know he knew the screen had a damage and want us to cover it.
