August of 2020 I brought my car to Sound FX in ***************, **. They told me they could do the job so long as I buy an amplifier from them. They have a policy/warranty that if for whatever reason you do not have sound they will fix it no problem. Two weeks ago, my amp blows, so I brought my car there. They later tell me that the ground wire pulled out from where it was mounted which caused my amp to blow. On top of this, they tried to tell me that they didnt put the ground wire in and that it was my fault. They also told me that my amp was out of warranty and that I needed to buy a new one. Now, if their ground wire that they installed caused my amp to blow, that should be something they take care of no questions asked. I manage a retail store and I know that they could have easily resolved this issue. Instead, they tried to pin it on me. I bought an amp elsewhere and fixed the issue myself. I will no longer go back there, but I would like a refund for the amp. They have my recordsBusiness response
