On Friday January 28, 2022 I called to purchase 1 cord of seasoned fire wood. Mr ********************** called back promptly and said he could deliver 1 cord of seasoned firewood that day. I met him at my home and paid by check $270. Later that day when attempting to burn said firewood we found that it was not seasoned(was so wet that it was boiling out of the grain of the wood). I contacted Mr ********************** and he stated that the wood had been cut and split last year and that I needed to let it sit for a week before burning and offered no remedy to resolve his fraudulent sale. The product that was delivered to me was falsely represented as seasoned(this means that up to but not more then 20% moisture content) the product delivered to me has a moisture content much higher then this and makes it un unusable. This vagrant deception amounts to fraud. I hope this can be resolved via a refund of the full purchase price, I would even be willing to Let him take back his fraudulent product.
