            Twice in the past month Ive purchased products from their website. Each time the company has assessed a county tax with my purchases from a locality I dont reside in. I live in ******* ******** and the tax charged for my purchases (in addition to the required state tax) is located in ******* ********; some 90 miles away. *** attempted to contact the company three times concerning the error and seeking a resolution without canceling the most recent purchase. The first line charge is a Hanover county internet purchase tax. And the second line charge was a Hanover county *********** purchase tax.

            Twisted throttle are a group of of people who are overwhelmed. They need a break. But, they can help themselves by taking care of us customers (1) at a time. Maybe stop blaming circumstances? Then return to the state of being solution providers. Good luck! Persevere.
