Ordered tshirt and was notified that the order had been processed on January 18th 2022. It is now 24th February 2022 and the tshirt has still not arrived although I paid for shipping by International Priority Mail as it was a birthday present. Have emailed them several times and received no response.Business response

We issued an immediate refund on 1/18/22 for your payment. Please check your receipts and or institution where payment was made.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.The only thing I will add however is that I received no notification of the refund - just that my order was being processed which confused things. Would have not needed to make any complaint if I had received such a letter but grateful for response and resolution
