Im currently in an arbitration process or the beginning of setting it up against American Guardian Warranty for issues I have brought to the Better Business Bureau already. The *** was filed with November 6, ******************************************************* which they have consistently lost emails checking for my responses ignoring my responses and Im being Out dry. I requested another party in the arbitration process with me multiple times since February and I have been ignored every single time and yet the company I have the arbitration against AGW has made multiple changes and has had multiple people come in and out of this process with no issues and I have yet to have even one person. When *** requested to have an arbiter removed from the process, I objected to that and they told me that I didnt do it quick enough when I I got the email They are now telling me that its too late and the changes were already made and yet all parties are still alive so I dont understand why you cant go back and change something that you tried to force me into a situation of failure. My car has been in the garage since March since March ************************************************************ they AGW has been proven to be lying. *** had the attorney general from Washington state and the state of Illinois both state that they have been showed that they lied and I was not treated fairly and having my claim approved for my car. This is cost me a job getting a new job and being able to commute to anywhere I am still making payments on this car monthly and I have not been able to drive this car in over a year and now, this arbitration company is playing the same games AGW is playing where theyre missing information and not finding information and ignoring me and Im just I dont know what to do so Im Im Im done. I just want my car fixed as the warranty entailed and the fact that Im having to wait over a year to do this is absolutely insane .

      Customer response

      05/24/2024

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

I have been getting ignored for the most part. Ive emailed them. Every request I have made for changes is ignored and denied telling me its out of their deadline range yet I dont be here responses from them weeks at a time, but I could see the response of the opposite party, that would be roughly the same time I would respond that and theyre getting responded instantly and having everything they asked for is handed to them. During this process, when I told them I have legally changed my name because I am transgendered. I was forced to provide document showing that I am in fact, transgendered and changed my name. Arbitration company did nothing to address this the first time the other company that Im in arbitration with has done something like this, which I have also reported to the Better Business Bureau in the past they were found that they were not upholding their contractual obligations, and now Im being forced to go to arbitration with them and their friends with the company as theyre having conversations and talking with them and Im not getting any acknowledgment to any of my responses other than no you cant do that a week to two weeks after I had made a response theyre getting instant responses

Started with an issue with being overbilled for claims to a contract with Xfinity/Comcast back in July 2023. I then filed complaints with the *********** in ****** **. Then told to file my complaint with the ***** That then I did then the **** forwarded my complaint over to the *** which they did absolutely nothing about BUT I also filed a complaint with the *** and also with the this company Fair Shake who then did not tell me that there was a charge with the company American Arbitration Association. Once I learned that they want a fee of close to something like $300 I had sent in the attachment where I declined to use this company as Xfinity/Comcast wants to take this into small claims court. Now this company American Arbitration Association is claiming that they will come after me for funds that I didn't agree to use them after I learned there was more of a fee to pay them than what was claimed to be owed by **************** This entire thing has gotten way out of control. Xfinity/Comcast has also broken the law of the Fair Debt Collection Practices act as I now have been plaqued with an over abundance of collection calls. To the fact this company has no idea as to what modem that I have to which they had given to me when I agreed to use their services. This company Xfinity had gone so far out on a limb that one of their associates created a fictitious contract which I then filed a police report in ******** ** over their actions! The company keeps lying and the *** is well aware of all of this. But now to the tune of me being told that this company AAA want funds for something that they did not do any legal action or EVER care to have a phone conversation with their potential customer, I find this all to be just "OUTRAGEOUS!~ :-(
