      This establishment is an absolute nightmare, a vortex of deceit and exploitation. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I could sense the predatory atmosphere emanating from the service writer, the manager, and the mechanic, all united in their mission to plunder unsuspecting customers.I initially sought their assistance for a minor issuea slight vibration in the front end. Little did I know, this innocent inquiry would spiral into a whirlwind of deceit and extortion. They brazenly informed me of supposed maladies plaguing my vehicle, claiming the front caliper was seizing, the rotors were in dire need of servicing, and a slew of additional fluid-related ailments. To my dismay, they slapped me with an exorbitant estimate of $2700 to rectify these supposed issues, all stemming from a mere wheel balance discrepancy.As if their audacity knew no bounds, they even attempted to push an aftermarket caliper onto me, further cementing their insidious intentions. Desperate for justice, I sought out the manager, hoping for a glimmer of accountability amidst this sea of deception. Alas, my efforts were in vain, as the manager proved to be nothing more than a puppet, complicit in the grand scheme to ******* innocent patrons.Let this serve as a cautionary tale, a beacon of warning to those who dare tread the treacherous waters of this establishment. Do not be seduced by their honeyed words or swayed by their false promises. Every dollar spent here is a dollar wasted, a testament to the insidious greed that pervades these halls.I implore you, dear reader, heed my words and spare yourself the agony of falling victim to this elaborate ruse. Seek out the guidance of a trustworthy, independent mechanic, for only they can offer salvation from the clutches of this automotive abyss. Let my misfortune be a shield to others, a testament to the importance of vigilance in the face of deceit.

      They never registered my car and had no idea until I called to tell them. This wasnt done until after my previous cars registration had already expired (plate transfer). I was then pulled over by the police because my plate was still linked to my previous vehicle and also expired. I had to prove I owned this vehicle while having had no paperwork provided from the sale. When I called the dealership to inform them I was yelled at by the sales manager **** that registering my car had suddenly become my responsibility. I guess all the times I called and was told it would be taken care of was no longer relevant. I finally had my car registered in October after having the car since August. Awful experience, never going back. I was a loyal client having purchased 6 cars through the Grieco dealerships.

      We set an appointment with this dealer for recommended work. The van went to be serviced at this dealer for an oil change, as well as a brake fluid flush and an alignment. We scheduled an appointment for this work and it was brought in on 4/10/23; prior to this appointment, my husband put a scratch on our current oil filter (to make sure it was changed) and put clear tape over the brake fluid cap to make sure the fluid was changed. The work was supposedly done by them and we picked it up. The first thing my husband checked when he got home was to see if the oil filter was changed and checked the brake fluid container - both the tape was still on the cap of the brake fluid container and the oil filter was never changed - it was still one with the scratch my husband put on it and the tape was affixed still to the brake fluid reservoir/container. There was no way the work was properly done. We immediately called the service manager, *****, and she said "that can't be possible". We ran back to the dealership the next day to show them. Upon inspection with the mechanic, he revealed that "maybe I was pulled away in the shop and forgot to change it". How can we trust that all the other work was done. The mechanic kept repeating "I did the work", but h ow can anyone believe it. They offered to "make things right" by changing the filter. We let them change it and could not wait to leave there - as we did not want them touching our van any more. No offers for money back or a discount, nothing. No paperwork for the "supposed alignment". Run away from this dealer - how many people are they doing this same thing to. I am out $301 and still need to get the work done. Oh, and by the way the dealer said they would give me my money back if I removed my negative reviews from ******* Nope, never will we do that.

      I just purchased a 2016 certified Altima. I signed the loan documents & paid deposit on 2/20. I live in ************* it took them all week to get my vehicle registered. I picked it up Saturday I was there at 8:30am it wasnt ready till 9:30am. I noticed later that there wasnt a Mass sticker. My day off was Wednesday kept hearing a squealing sound from back mostly when turning. I texted my salesman. I Friday my wife took it down to get a sticker & the gas ********************* st said it would not pass that I had just gotten the car & that was part of the inspection sticker that the car had from ************ and the brakes should not be like that my wife called the sales Manager **** around 2:30 pm today told him that we couldnt get a sticker he asked what garage and said he would call back its 5:30 pm still no call? I called him it went to voicemail and also texted my salesman ****** and left a message with their service center! No return calls we only have 7 days to get the inspection sticker thats today.

      I was charged a certified fee. My family member (a male) called next day to ask if price listed includes certified status- HE was told yes. I paid, after many efforts to have eliminated. Was mislead at beginning with deceptive prices, fee not disclosed, and if I were a male- would not have been charged. I have made multiple calls to management to rectify the situation and have not received a return call.

      Went there a number of years ago, am a single woman, they were awful. Rude and condescending. I walked out and went to Majestic and bought my CRV there. Knew someone else who also had problems after buying a car there. Would never, ever go there. Tried to leave no stars.

      Do not do business with ****** HONDA!! Brought my vehicle in to trade for a bigger vehicle took the car for a test drive while they appraised my vehicle when we didnt like the deal we decided to leave as we were pulling out of the lot we noticed the tire pressure was at 17 psi we went to a restaurant thinking maybe it was due to sweat her changing we didnt think anything of it so as we came out the tire was completely flat! Called them right away explaining the situation and the manage ****! Was accusing me thats the reason y I wanted to trade my vehicle in cause of a tire!?! Are u kidding I can buy any car in that lot cash! And I am worried about a **** tire! Y would I drive my vehicle knowing it was going flat! Their was no lights on when pulling into that lot and all of a sudden my tires flat when we leave! Hmmm.sketchy! Dont do business with these people their all scams!

      Grieco Honda should be ashamed at they way they conduct business. Bullying single women buying cars alone. Not giving paperwork at time of signing, while giving misleading information about the vehicle. Grieco Honda initially charged me $2300 over sticker price. Upon bringing it to their attention. They assured me the problem would be rectified. Only for them to sell me an over priced Honda Civic that is a lemon. Grieco Honda condones criminal activity in the work place while ripping off unsuspecting customers. I truly thought they had better intentions. The car has met the requirements for the lemon law. Grieco told me,"the car may not be safe; but it was my problem now not theirs. And if I did not like it take them to court. " The switching of documents and lack of transparency through the car buying process is unacceptable. I am hoping I can stop them from ripping off any additional customers.
