      I purchased a transmission from ri-driveline24 on April 7, 2024 and it was not operational. I reached out to them to make them aware of this and they did send another transmission, however, they never sent me any pictures or details about what it was they would be sending. I eventually received the second trans mission and it too did not work properly. Due to this, I made them aware of the issue and asked that they take the transmission back and return my money. However, I received no response. I reached out to them several times with no avail. I tried getting help from **** and ****** and they too could not assist me with this. I sent the transmission back and paid $426.00 doing this and still nothing. So far I've spent over $3,000.00 on this and i feel absolutely taken advantage of. This company currently has the transmission and my money. I'm not sure what can be done to rectify this situation. However, this is not right.

      I purchased an engine from ri- driveline on 4-24-2024 . My repair shop installed the engine and it ran rough. Checked compression and number 1 cylinder had 60 psi all other cylinders 160 psi.sent back for refund and am getting run around for my refund. ************ delivered engine back to ri-driveline 3 weeks ago. Need help.

      On May 5th, I purchased a motor from Rhode Islan Drive Line on ***** The seller had many transactions with 96% positive. The motor included a 1 year warranty covering internal components of the motor. The motor was delivered and installed later that month. Over the course of the next 30 days, it was noted that the motor was using oil faster than normal. I notified the seller that I would be performing an oil consumption test and received a reply to keep them posted. After the test was completed, it was diagnosed by the mechanic as defective internal components. I have contacted the seller multiple times and have not received response back. Upon further investigation, I discovered that this company had an "F" rating with the BBB and a 1 star rating on ******* All of my efforts to have the warranty honored have been ignored. It is extremely frustating because this vehicle is now inoperable causing loss of income daily. Further, it is noted on the seller's **** website that they have another nearly identical item for sale that I would have happily acccepted for the warranty. However, in this case, all of my communications have been completely ignored. It is my hope that **** will discover the fraudulent and unethical behavior and hold this company accountable.

      This seller is not following ethical work practices and I would not recommend anyone to work with this company.  The issues with this company have cost a significant amount of money and caused great frustration.

      I ordered an engine from this business. Ran fine for the first 4 months, started knocking recently. They offer a 1 year warranty on all their engines. They have responded to 1 of my messages on **** and 2 of my texts, but have ignored me past that. I've tried everything possible to get in contact.

      BUYER BEWARE---Owned by a man named ***********************************. He is arrogant, rude, demanding and has no idea about customer service. this ******************** page gave him a F rating I bought a CVT transmission from him nine months ago. It too came with a one year warranty. It went bad in nine months. I contacted him. Immediately the rudeness set it. When I spend $2K on something I become an impatient man. Immediately we had issues from the jump. He said before he'd honor his warranty that I am to get a diagnostic worksheet to prove it's faulty issue falls under his warranty. I did that and sent him the pictures. Then he demanded I send him pictures of it off my vehicle, on a pallet and ready to be shipped. I did that as well sending him five photos. I asked him in several messages to provide me the information needed to have it shipped back to him. That's when he went silent on me. He's not responding to my messages or my voicemails, Now comes the worse part. I explained to him I'm a disabled veteran who needs his vehicle to get to my VA Dr ************ (read the pictures). His answer back was he called me "special" , he said he's "not buying one ounce of my sob story" and then called me an "a-hole" If this is how his business and he himself treats disabled combat veterans then I hope this review will keep my fellow veterans from doing business with him. I'll soon be reporting him to the BBB, adjutant **************** Consumers Affairs, the ************************** the **** of VA, and anywhere else that'll take a look at his shady practices. I will also be filing a lawsuit for beach of contract since a warranty is in fact a contact and damages, legal fees, etc.He is currently under investigation by **** for failing their policies on making sure the buyer has the easiest and simplest forms of information with all needed about his warranty and return policy. Bottom line, he's a joke, disrespects veterans, the mentally disabled, the law and proper business ethics.

      Received the first transmission from RI Driveline, installed it and vehicle would not move. Swapped out TCM's, still wouldn't move. Notified RI Driveline through ***** They sent a second used one. Payed my tech to swap out a second one. This one didn't move either. Had it checked out by my neighbor (AAMCO), they said it is an internal issue with the transmission. I wanted to be sure so I had a 30yr GM trained Tech check it out (It was in a GMC). He said it is internal as well. Contacted RI Driveline again. They said get it on the ground and send them a picture and they will send a shipping label and a refund. Got it out and sent pictures, never heard back. Tried Email, tried through ***** called company directly. Did this multiple times. Still have heard nothing back. They have just disappeared.

      I purchased this motor from **** for my 2014 ************ December 12th and it arrived December 15th. I originally bought this motor because of the 1 year warranty on it the motor recently locked up on me 3 days ago. *** attempted to contact the seller numerous times about the warranty. And only got a answer when I went to a new post of his asking about a motor of a new add he put up when I started asking questions about the warranty of the motor I bought from them I got no answer. I then threatened to contact **** support and only once a threat was issued I got a message back. He then ask for my phone number to contact me and I havent heard anything from him despite still trying to contact him numerous times. Ive also already reached out to **** and sense the purchase was made more then 60 days ago I cannot get the money back guarantied from ****. At this point I am on the edge of sueing all Im looking for is a new motor replacement or a return in money.

      We bought a motor from this company in January Delivered on Mon, Jan 8, 2024 2016-2019 **** TRANSIT T150 250 350 3.7L ENGINE VIN M 36K MILES 1 YEAR WARRANTY Motor was defective and we asked for a refund. He denied it and we left a negative review on ***** He said he would not solve the issue until we remove the bad review. We made it a neutral one and he sent us another motor.The other one is ALSO defective.. He asked for more details we sent him a video + audio with the problem.. He stopped answering our emails, calls, sms, etc...

      The complaint is about Rhode Island ************************************************************************ Island *****. Please read my attachments to follow my conversation with this business. On August 8,2024 I purchased an engine from this business from ***** The engine was damaged. The purchase included a year warranty for the product. Within a month of installation of the engine I determined that the engine had the same issue as the one I was replacing. I contacted them via **** messaging and received several responses including that I "have met the requirements for a replacement, It has been shipped, I shipped it several weeks ago, The shipping company does not have a tracking system." I now know that he was dragging me along until I could no longer request a stop payment from paypal. I have asked repeatedly for information but now I am getting no response. I feel this company has purposely entered in a fraudulent transaction to not honor their warranty. I researched this seller and he had good reviews. Now since my issue, I have found others that were done the exact same way. Also they are still selling the same products on ****** their phone number listed on the shipping statement for damaged engine is ************
