            Wood And Wire gave me a price to reinstall my fence that was taken down by a windstorm. The sales rep *** assured me it would look as good as new. When the work was completed, I immediately called him to let him know. It was unacceptable. He wanted me to send him pictures, but I asked him to come look two weeks went by and they called for the remainder of the payment. I told him the circumstance and *** came out the following Monday. His attitude was there was nothing wrong.. I left a voicemail for the manager, *****. Basically called me a liar and said I just didnt want to pay the balance.The work is terrible three neighbors that can see the fence agree, 100%

            if I could give a lower review, I would. Bought some 5 x 5 pressure-treated ground contact fence posts.I replaced three that had rotted from original installation. Figured I was buying something that was better. Two years later, I replaced three more from original. The next year, the three that I originally replaced rotted. Two years old and they were gone. Call the company no results.The next year, the other three rotted. What a waste of time and money on a product that should last 20 years. Terrible terrible.

            All Pressure Treated products Wood and Wire Fence ******** carry are (Certified Ground Contact UC4A .15 MCA). Wood and Wire Installs thousands of these poles every year. There are multiple factors that decrease the life expectancy of the Pressure Treated poles. Acidic soil, consistently wet soil around the poles, if the poles were cemented it will decrease life expectancy. Wood and Wire does carry steel poles with brackets to add additional support to the fence in that area.
