I could do zero stars I would! DO NOT RISK IT! The pics are a fraud on their site and FB! We hired them to demo and remodel our master bath. Unfortunately, it took three months and we were left with an unsatisfactory job. They would not provide a completion date or schedule of when they would be working. Sometimes they would show up and work only 1 hour. RED FLAG NUMBER ONE! There were multiple individuals in our house and never the same team! RED FLAG NUMBER TWO! When conversations took place between us and their workers we found out they were not certified or licensed professionals! RED FLAG NUMBER 3!! While working on our bathroom there were two massive water leaks into our kitchen which messed up and stained our kitchen ceiling that they were to fix. Unfortunately that didnt happen because it took so long for them to NOT COMPLETE THE ***** We pointed out numerous flaws in our bathroom which they claimed to be finished on December 9, 2023 after they started the week of September 18, 2023. Because of the substandard work (caulk where grout should be, Hot/Cold reversed on both vanity sinks, wavy tile installation, spotty painting to name a few) they agreed in writing to a reduction in the contract, then submitted an invoice to add the reductions back. What a scam!I have videos and pics of the trash they left and had to instruct them to clean up. They spit tobacco on my porch and left it and do not wear any protective shoe coverings to prevent tracking dirt and debris in the house. They were always losing parts that they claimed were not in the box but yet didnt say anything until asked wheres the part? OH IT WASNT IN THE ***** So why didnt you say something?? I can go on and on and as soon as I can figure out how to post pics on this review I will!

I hired All Phases Construction to sand and stain my rear deck. The job was approximately half done. We paid them while they were working on the deck (cash) which they insisted on.About 20 minutes after receiving the money they left, (said it was too hot). Mind you this was in early June. They said they would return to finish the job.The owner, *************************** made many promises to come and finish the job. On one incident in particular she said I will be there Monday, Tuesday at the latest, 100%. Never showed no explanation. This went on for about 2 weeks. And finally I told her I thought she had no intention of coming back. No response. If I hadnt paid until the job was finished this probably wouldnt have happened. But we felt we could trust them, boy, was I wrong!I would like them to refund me for the contractor I had to hire to finish the job. I have many texts and emails if required upon request.

Customer was told on multiple occasions that due to weather conditions the rest of the second deck could not be sanded and stained because the paint would peel back up due to wood being too wet. Customer was told I would come Thursday morning because he seemed very impatient I showed up Thursday morning to try and finish the job in which I seen the lattice and deck boards were extremely wet from the rain during the prior night. I then took my tools I had there to avoid leaving a mess at the customers home I proceeded to text the customer telling him I would come back the next day when the wood had dried he proceeded to demand I come back no matter how I felt about the wood being wet then when he was told that I did not feel comfortable finishing the job that day he proceeded to tell me he was going to call the police on me and create a lie saying I stole some of his tools also including mine then later told me that it was untrue that I stole any tools he was just frustrated and wanting the job finished this man was very aggressive and demanding.
