I used them as my mechanic to fix my vehicle. They had my vehicle for over three months. They kept telling me it would be fixed next week and next week would come and they would either not answer or say another week. They had me buy a part for the car that they assured me would get the car to work which it did not and that part was $300. I eventually brought my car somewhere else and the new mechanic told me they didnt even put the part in that they had me buy and to go back and grt it because they were likely just trying to sell it. They charged me $200 to install that part which was a lie because it was never actually installed and wouldve been kept and sold if i didn't go back to get it. The new mechanic got my car to run in under 2 weeks and couldn't fix some electrical damage that the other mechanic caused (seats don't move on drivers side when they did before, back shade won't go up when it did before

Hello, at first, we were looking for a new harness to her. However, it was on back order until we finally decided to get used one from a junk yard. We did send ************ to a junk yard and had him get a harness. We did replace the whole harness and that's our price $500.

      Unfortunately,we can't give a refund

      Thank you

      FAQ
This does not even make sense. I'm not sure what a harness is but it was never involved in any conversation had between the mechanic and I. They told me they were putting a new ecu computer into my car which they could not find and i found myself which was $300. They told me they installed and programmed the ecu computer which they charged me $200 for. Upon taking it to a new mechanic he told me that the old ecu computer was never even taken out. Which is what the Smith st auto spent 3 months trying to figure out. They instructed me to buy a part that was not even the correct part because they had no idea what was wrong with the car and then proceeded to charge me $200 for a part that they never even fixed. They also told me the car had to many orher issues to fix which was incorrect they just did not know what they were doing. The car is running fine now due to another mechanic.
      Regards,

      *******

Hi, ecu is part of the complete harness assembly. $200 for replacement and programming is a very low price. You should've come back and we would've fixed it under warranty.

Thank you. Nothing else can be done

      FAQ

Please tell me how you programmed and ecu chip if there was no way to connect a scanner to the car because the *** module was corroded and THAT was what needed to be replaced. Not a harness not an ecu chip. You had told me you reprogrammed the chip but when the car got brought someplace else i was informed nothing had been done. When i came back to the shop to get the computer that was never used it had writing on it that said ********* benz c300" which means you were most likely going to keep and or sell it because i was under the impression it was no good until the new mechanic told me you never even touched it. My driver side seat does not move anymore, the lights in the car do not work, and the back sin shield does not come up anymore and these are all things that worked before it was sitting at your shop for 3 months. If the issue was the harness and the ecu computer and your saying you fixed it why did my car not work? Because you never fixed anything. When it was brought elsewhere it was up and running within two weeks

On Friday 3/1/24 I brought my 2020 Kia ******** to have the front 2 tires replaced and have a front wheel alignment. I was quoted about $300 and when I picked up my vehicle Friday at 1pm I payed in full($326.34). Today I received a call from the owner of the establishment who stated I should have been charged over$200 per tire. I told him I would have never agreed to get the work done there if I knew it was going to be so expensive. He then told me either I bring the car back and I can get my tires back but charged for the service still or just pay. He then proceeded to say he'll just charge it on my credit card, to which I replied you do not have permission to use my card. He said he does and that either he'll just use my card or just show up at my house and take the tires himself. I asked him what his name was and stated he is the owner and does not have to give me his name at all and then hung up on me.
