**** came to my house personally and met with me and explained everything extremely thoroughly. He was there for almost an hour explaining to me the ins and outs and was very personable, we enjoyed a great conversation afterwards. **** was by far the most professional contractor i had met with and I met with several! **** was the only contractor I met who went up into my attic to access damage and explain to me what needed to be done because of this. Some contractors didnt meet with me or see the house at all and sent digital quotes of a house they had never been to. ****'s crew came and finished the roof in one day on a house that completely needed plywood. The materials were dropped off the day before and the dumpster as well. There was no signs that they had even been there! They use very large magnets to pick up any stray nails and they sweep up and left the place in better shape then when they arrived. **** even took the time to notice my bathroom vent wasnt vented to the roof and fixed it. **** communicated promptly and effectively and I would recomend him to any and everyone who needs work done!

Instead of digging them up again I suggested she cover them with 5 gallon Lowes buckets and secure them with something heavy. We had the crew drape their black protective cover over the chain link fence. They were able to slide the shingles coming down from 2 stories over the buckets and onto the sidewalk ***** limited space)*No plants were harmed during the stripping and re roofing process!

Bucci Roofing LLC recently installed a new roof on our home and I cannot say enough how much of a pleasure it was dealing with the owner **** Bucci. **** was tremendous with helping me deal with our insurance company since we experienced roof damage from a severe hail storm last summer. After meeting **** for the first time, he came to our home twice more, once to meet the insurance adjuster and the other time to meet the independent engineering firm that the insurance company hired. Being a former insurance adjuster, **** was instrumental by dealing directly with the insurance adjuster on-site and giving me advice on dealing with and communicating with the engineering firm. Once the claim was approved, the entire process from coordinating an installation date to suit our schedule, dropping off the dumpster, delivery of material, picking the color shingle to ordering and installing four skylights was absolutely seamless. The dumpster and material were there for no more than a day or two before the job started. **** went above and beyond the installation process exceeding the local building codes, never once cutting corners or skimping on material. His crew did our 2500 S/F colonial house, a 20 x 24 great room addition plus a tool shed all in one day. The clean-up process was impeccable. My wife was away for the entire day and returned to a new roof with no trace of anyone being there. It was nothing short of amazing. My wife and I are both retired senior citizens and we hear so many horror stories of home improvement contractors taking advantage of the elderly. Dealing with **** was such a pleasure not having to worry about being taken advantage of. No games, no gimmicks, absolutely no hassles whatsoever. I am a 75 year old widow with limited family resources. I have been dealing with house maintenance on my own for 5years now and I can tell you horror stories with the help I got in completing projects. Company's will tell you what they can do, but do they really do it or cut corners. When my roof started leaking I panicked. Such an under taking on my own and again, who can I trust? ******************************* is that trusting person that will give you peace of mind that you need to know, that the job would be done right. Knowing I could not go up on the roof he took pictures of what he saw, as proof of what he was explaining to me, so I could understand what needed to to be done, He was more than fair with his quote to give me a new roof. He goes above and beyond to give you a roof you can feel secure about and not like the 5 year old portion of my roof that was not done properly. We can't say enough about Bucci Roofing. Last fall we were in need of new gutters. ***** came out and gave us a great quote and did the job within the next week. We were impressed by the service and extremely happy with his work. While talking with him we mentioned that our next project was going to be house siding. We'd gotten some quotes a few years earlier and just didn't have a great feeling about any of the companies that quoted. ***** said he'd have **** contact us if we were interested in revisiting the project. **** came out, did a complete inspection and measurement and also pointed out some chimney repair we should have checked. We got a complete quote about a week later with a bunch of possible options - no pressure. It was winter so we did have those chimney repairs done and **** reached out in the spring to see if we were still thinking about the siding. He reworked our quote due to the increase in materials, but it was just slightly higher than it was in the fall. We are so happy we decided to have it done! They started the day they said they would and we were kept in the loop every step of the way. The crew is polite and tidy. It took almost 9 full days to get it complete and they worked every day - even on the weekend! Our home and our gutters are beautiful! If you are looking for someone to work WITH you on your home, this is the team you want. They are true professionals and honest business people - no games, no pressure sales - quality work at a fair price. Bucci will be the first place we call if we need any other work done at our home. We needed to find a roofer fast because of an insurance issue and I happened to see a sign for Bucci Roofing when I went for a walk in my neighborhood. I am so glad I called them. **** was the most helpful and knowledgable roofer for a first time home owner. He is generous with his time and extremely thorough with his inspection. **** actually goes up on the roof, in the attic, he gets the full picture before providing any quote. He knows his materials and the process inside and out, and were thrilled with his workmanship. **** and his team were extremely professional, time conscious, and clean. We have not found any stray nails and he makes sure the dumpster is put on blocks to not leave marks on the driveway. The roof has already gone through a pretty bad wind storm (were up high on a hill) and heavy rain and is holding up fantastically. If you only have to do your roof once every ***** years, **** and his team are the roofers you want to hire.
