      Bought product from them on April 10, 2024 on order HLD233615, & have never received product! I contacted them by email on May 2 with case number ***** & again on May 28 with case number *****! ***** has contacted me on either case, i cannot find a phone number to caa this company! I paid. With debit card & the charge cleared my bank on April 11, 2024.

      I purchased practice golf ***** thru Hit Longer Drives, who is part of the extensive GolfersRX family. The purchase was made on line on 2/1/24 fro $70.90. It was received in at my parcel service on 2/14. This date is important because returns must be made within 30 days of being received. I picked it up on 2/14 and was not happy with the product and on that same day asked for return authorization and after a 2nd attempt to get authorization in was relied on 2/26. Not being able to get to a **** immediately I was able to send the product back on 3/5 and according to my tracking number it was delivered on 3/9 @ 0819, Multiple attempts to contact everyone involved, I have NEVER receive even a courtesy of a response I have not received my refund. Having fulfilled all of my requirements to qualify for a refund

      Ordered a Pharaoh 45 Degree Chipper on 7-28-23, paid ******. Have not received the club and have tried to contact them. They do not answer their phone and do not call back. Have tried to email and they reply and say they will get right on it. but never hear from them. Have requested either the club I ordered or a refund many times and no response. Hope you are able to get a response from them.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  They do not respond to email or phone calls, which they do not answer. Voice mail with a promise to return your call, which they never do.  Ordered a golf club, which I never received and they have not responded to many requests to either send the club or refund my money.

      I ordered a product on-line via their website on 6/16/23, The product is called the Impact Snap. I received email confirmation that it was ordered and an invoice that was paid. My **************** credit card was charged. It was supposed to come within one week. I never received it. I followed up by multiple phone calls and left messages. No one ever answered the phone or returned my calls. I reached out to them by email June 26, June 30, and July 6th. I received generic emails that stated they received my email, but no response to my complaint. I never received the product and cannot make any meaningful communication with them. I would like to get my money back and I want others to know that this is not a trustworthy company.

      Hello,I made two purchases on June 30th, 2023.The Explanar putting mat for $109.00 and Sure Putt Lite compass for $24.95 through Golfers RX. I have yet to receive either product.I reached out via email and phone several times and have gotten no response whatsoever.Let me know if you have further questions.Thank you.

      Ordered and was charged for a putting aid on July 31,2023. Received confirmation of order by email. Have not received the order or response to multiple emails and phone messages. Same situation as the recent complaints I have just read on this BBB site. Very disappointed in what appeared to be a legitimate vendor. Simply want my order completed and hope no further action becomes necessary.

      Purchased a golf club online from Golfers RX on July 28, 2023. I paid with credit card a total of $124.95 for the club (Pharaoh 45 degree Chipper), which included shipping. The invoice # is ******. I have placed two phone calls to customer service and sent two emails and have never heard back from anyone at the company, nor have I received the club or a refund.If the golf club is not available I request the company to issue a full credit to my account.

Did not receive the product- notified the company via email that the product was not received after three weeks. Received no response as of today August 28, 2023. Invoice # is ******.       7/24/2023 I placed an online order for 1 Pharaoh 45 degree chipper.Total price including shipping $124.95 which was charged to my credit card.I waited for delivery until 8/9/2023 and then emailed Golfers RX to inquire about an expected delivery date. I received no response. 8/11/2023 I called their number and received a recording stating all agents were busy and they would call me back soon. I never received a return call.8/11/2023 I emailed them again with no response.8/14/2023 I emailed them again with no response.This business is still advertising products on their site.
