Landscaping company killed many established perennials and has a satisfaction guarantee. They still plan to charge me for the mow despite destroying established perennials which cost us years of time and money to grow. Manager ***** is rude and bullied me. Spoke derogatory to me for being a woman. Pulled my services.

Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered.

[You must provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.  If you do not enter a reason for your rejection, your complaint will be closed as Answered.]

I DO accept not being charged for the mow however the business is not being totally honest in its response to you.

I am agreement with the fact that I was not charged for my last mow, however the messages sent to the BBB by the business are not complete and some messages have been deleted/altered.

Also,  I was bullied my ***** during two  PHONE CALLS and not via text messages. However I do not have proof of this as I did not keep the text messages or record the telephone calls with *****. ***** knows what he said to me.

Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.

I have not omitted nor altered anything on the text messages made between former client and the company, that is all on our records I served as proof previously.

Former client wasn't charged for the lawn mowing job- which was the origin of the complaint, and she has accepted the agreement- I will consider this as case closed. Thank you and all the best!
